The accommodation was right next to Bui Vien, so it was nice that it was easy to get around, quiet, and tidy.

Very helpful and friendly host. The property was situated in a central location which made it easy for us to walk everywhere. Very easy to get in and go out with a very responsive host. Had a lovely stay thanks to the host, will definitely visit again.

Because this house is comfortable, I extended my stay for another week. I'll stay again next time.

This place is in a great location for us, walking distance to my old house, old school, markets, night market, and attractions. The decors are interesting with many antiques and collectibles. Certainly bring back memories (would be nice to have a storybook about the decors). Located on second floor, the morning street noises from cars and street vendors are just enough to bring back childhood memories (nights are quite quiet). Overall, not a 5 stars hotel, but a great place for us.

Great place to stay for a few days. Place is very accessible to places like bui vien street. security is 24/7 as well, felt very safe.

The house is super beautiful, like the photo, the owner supports our group into the house and is very enthusiastic too

I love the location because this apartment is in District 4 and everything you need to see or do is in District 1. The apartment has everything I need for a 5-day stay. Chris is very responsive and will go out of his way to help you. Enjoy your stay!

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

Dum’s apartment is a great place to stay and is as it appears in the photos. The outside pool is large and the on-site cafes are excellent. The large shopping mall across the road has everything and there are many great restaurants/cafes close by so no need to cook! Dum is really easy to communicate with and replies to messages very quickly. I highly recommend Dum as a host and his properties as a place to stay.

We picked this apartment because it was close to our friend's place. Very good location - supermarket, Lotte shopping mall and lots of option for food within walking distance. The apartment is big and spacious for my family of 5. Thank you Nam!
