Townhome vacation rentals in District 7

Duc (host) and truc (caretaker) were extremely helpful to assist us in settling in even though Duc was away in a far away country he communicate via video to ensure smooth transition. The place is new (we were the first visitors) and looks very much more impressive than the photos posted. # have a Sauna that was not even mentioned in the posting. All equipment and furnishing are brand new and top of the line. Nice quiet neigbourhood in an uptown estate but a short walk to local eataries and market. A short ride by taxi brought us to a modern shopping mall with great restaurants and shops. Thanks for the great place!

We had a great time at Binhs place! Excellent communication throughout the entire stay was a plus. We wanted softer pillows which we got instantly! The lady downstairs is the sweetest. The room is very spacious and has all you need. Noisy builders next door but nothing they can control. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.

It actually felt like I am at my home in India. Everything was so easily accessible and commute is also very convenient. Will definately visit again.

We stayed at I@Homes for almost 2.5 months. Our stay was very comfortable. We had everything that we needed. We were provided with extra tablet and kitchen utilities. Surii helped us with everything and assisted us whenever needed like washing clothes, grab food, etc. The location is very peaceful and very very near to District 1. It was convenient to move in and out of the building 24x7. The location has many restaurants, coffe shops and grocery stores. It's a perfect place for someone looking for a short term or a long-term accomodation.

I booked this hotel on behalf of my dad. He shared that the place felt like a 4-star hotel. Moana was the perfect host. She went out of her way to welcome him and to ensure everything was nice. He definitely recommends her place.

Good stay, it was little noisy as there is a school opposite to the building and also vehicles noise may be the windows not well sealed for noise proof, host coordinated very well, TV was not working but host managed to fix it in short notice

It’s really worth the money. The place is cozy and chill, just like described. The balcony is so private, especially during the rainy season. There's a kitchen on the rooftop, but I didn’t really need it, I ordered food during the day and went out at night to grab a bite and have a drink. I spent the whole day just relaxing in my room.

Mochi's place was really good, i felt like in my own home. even the room is small but its really cozy, the towel and blanket was so soft, water heater good, hair dryer and iron can be used very well. it's a good place for introvert solo traveller like me😂 p.s her cat is really cute too😆

I had a great stay here! The place looks just like the photos—very cozy and comfortable. It had everything I needed, and I felt right at home. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it. Giving it four stars only because there’s always a little room for improvement, but it was a lovely experience!

Lotus Village is a very well-located accommodation. The studio apartment is clean, remodeled, and has a comfortable bed—all as in the photographs. I enjoyed the room on the second floor, which had a view of the street and a lot of light during the day. Lotus Village's surroundings feel private and secure, even at night. It is a perfect spot in District 7, a more modern neighborhood. I enjoyed the restaurants nearby, and my brief stance in Ho Chi Mihn City was perfect. By the way, wherever you want to go, no matter the distance, GrabCar works fine. During my five-day stay, I just had time to attend the Phu Chau Floating Temple, the beautiful Golden Dragon Water Puppet Theater, and the excellent A O Show at the Saigon Opera House. All the destinations were effortless, and returning to the Lotus Village made me feel at home. The washing machine and dryer also work well, especially for people traveling in short visits. A very nice stay in the center of Saigon, everything is easily accessible on foot and the apartment was always a nice retreat for us! Eleanor was always available and very helpful and friendly! The restaurant downstairs is also very delicious and definitely recommended ;) We would come back!

We could not have stayed in a better place. Our visit was perfect. Our flight arrived 7 hours before check in but Vinkun was still there to meet us. He took care of our luggage, made sure we were comfortable at a very close local cafe and suggested food items. He had the place cleaned and we were in well before the 2:00 pm check in time. And the place was spotless, better than the pictures and description. During our stay he took care of every request, responding within minutes. We could not have asked for a better host, he’s awesome! Vinkun has kept in touch even after we returned to America and has invited us to stay with him again. Even offering a more personalized stay, if that’s possible. We will definitely take him up on that. If you plan to visit Sài Gòn this is the place to stay. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

We loved staying here! The location is perfect and right in the middle of District 1. The Host is super nice and friendly, she’s such a lovely person. The bed is really comfortable and the AC works really good! 10/10

The house is perfect with the exception of the window being too close to the people across the street and the noise of an air conditioner or other appliances.Would stay again if given the chance.

Minh Tam's place felt like home away from home. It was beautifully decorated, well maintained, and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. We initially booked for about 9 days, but extended it to a total of 2 weeks. Regular cleaning was a great addition, as is the availability of a DIY free laundry service. The place is also at the border of district 4, so you can walk to district 1 which has a lot of the traveller must-sees, coffee places, restaurants, etc. The apartment too has a coffee place on the ground floor and nearby on the street, all of which serve great coffee. All in all, we loved our stay at Minh'd and would love to come back if we return to Saigon city!
