Condo vacation rentals in District 5

The place was comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. The area is peaceful but accessible at the same time and easy transportation. Nidova even went above and beyond by allowing us to leave our luggages at their office after checking out. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a place to stay in D1. Nice big room and convenient!

What a great place to stay in Ho Chi Min. Away from all the hustle and bustle of the main part of town. The unit is very comfortable with great beds and a great common room to have a few drinks at the end of the day. There is also a great pizza place at the front of the complex called 4P Pizza. Try the lasagne and the 4 cheese pizza. We went there 3 times it was so good. Would stay at this unit again if I ever return to HCM.

Overall positive and the space was as advertised. Only suggestion for the host is to provide more than 1x access card for guest groups upon check-in. That said, host was responsive and available to do so upon request in a timely manner - thank you.

Very nice place , great value for money , clean modern and comfortable , has everything you need , the hosts are very easy to deal with and respond to queries pretty much right away . Would highly recommend the place for a stay .
