The apartment is comfortable and newly renovated, located in an old building that feels extremely quiet and safe. It is well-furnished with everything you might need, including a well-equipped kitchen. The location is not very close to the main tourist areas, but it's easy to get around with a Grab, so reaching any destination doesn’t take too long. The host was excellent—friendly, accommodating, and always responsive. He helped us with our requests and even allowed us to check out late.

The place was comfortable and spacious for a family of 4. The area is peaceful but accessible at the same time and easy transportation. Nidova even went above and beyond by allowing us to leave our luggages at their office after checking out. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a place to stay in D1. My friends and i enjoyed the stay so much! Loved the living room area where we watched shows together. There is a 4P outlet <5mins walk away. Beds were one of the best we stayed in, as compared to many hotels/airbnbs. Would love to return if i visit HCM again! Thanks for the splendid stay :)

Katie is a wonderful and friendly host! She was extremely helpful and gave us clear instructions for check-in. Everything was easy and straightforward! The accommodation was great too! The bed was very comfortable, and the location is perfect! We would definitely love to come back!
