The apartment is comfortable and newly renovated, located in an old building that feels extremely quiet and safe. It is well-furnished with everything you might need, including a well-equipped kitchen. The location is not very close to the main tourist areas, but it's easy to get around with a Grab, so reaching any destination doesn’t take too long. The host was excellent—friendly, accommodating, and always responsive. He helped us with our requests and even allowed us to check out late.

Eine gute Wohnung, um die Stadt zu erkunden. Wir sind meistens mit dem Grab in die Innenstadt gefahren, dafür war es aber angenehm ruhig im Apartment. Das Gym war klein, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was wir benötigen. Gabriel und Justin haben uns hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und waren sehr zuvorkommend. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Katie is a wonderful and friendly host! She was extremely helpful and gave us clear instructions for check-in. Everything was easy and straightforward! The accommodation was great too! The bed was very comfortable, and the location is perfect! We would definitely love to come back!

Simple, private room in a nice neighborhood in D5, very affordable and convenient. Tram was helpful when arriving, and the bed is comfortable and it has a great small balcony. I wouldn't recommend this place if you plan to stay out late in HCMC, because you can get in and out independently during the day but it's not as easy at night. But otherwise, it's a great room in a central neighborhood!
