Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Dingy-Saint-Clair

The accommodation is located right in front of the train station and bus stop, and the interior facilities such as the bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom are clean and well-maintained, and there is a washing machine and a balcony, so it was good to dry after washing. In particular, the host, Lucie, came out to meet us in front of the accommodation and kindly explained how to enter the accommodation and how to use the facilities.

perfect accommodation for an extended weekend. Only 10 minutes from the train station, right in the pedestrian zone and 5 minutes from the lake and the chateau. very clean and everything you need. small minus point, under 2 bedrooms there is a bar, whose music (bass) can disturb falling asleep.

Perfect stay with an amazing view! The apartment was very quiet, and the view, absolutely breathtaking. Nathalie's welcome was warm, and I really enjoyed the impeccable cleanliness and thoughtful layout of the apartment. I was delighted with my stay and would highly recommend it!

Clear instructions prior to arrival. Listing matches photos. It is clean and in a good location (near the lake) and really not far from the PONT DES AMOURS (about 20/25 min walk). A Carrefour Market is steps away. The small touches on arrival are appreciated. We will be back!

Highly recommend the place if you plan a visit to Anncey! The location was perfect - walking distance to the train station and the city centre. The apartment was amazing too - was very clean and cozy with all the amenities ready. Finally, the hosts (Kenji and his dad) were very sweet and welcoming. Would love to stay here again next time. :)

Very nice, well kept place, kitchen equipped with everything necessary: pots pans, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge, dishwasher. Close to everything, and with a bus stop very close by. It is on a third floor but I did not mind because that also meant privacy and being noise free. Will recommend!

We stayed in the apartment offered on the first floor of the cottage, perfectly renovated with quality materials and very neat decoration. The accommodation is very clean, very comfortable and offers absolute calm and a magnificent view of the mountains. Hosts are very attentive, giving valuable instructions and pleasant recommendations to enjoy the good places nearby. We will gladly stay in Lathuile again.

All the facilities were well-equipped, clean, and nice. However, the lack of air conditioning was a bit disappointing. In particular, Jerome's kind explanations and guidance were really good.

Elisabeth's new modern one bedroomed chalet was exquisite. Immaculate through out, and well built in the first place. It is in a great location, handy for Faverges ( walkable if you want) and their great selection of local shops, excellent bakers and a great wine shop & several supermarkets too. We were greeted personally on arrival & shown how everything worked. It was a real privilege stopping there. The views from our massive windows and garden and the new fabulous hot tub, were awesome, we even saw eagles daily and the house is built to keep you warm or cool whichever you need. Elisabeth is lovely & was a great host, she lives in the next house along the lane, available, but only if we wanted her. And there is a 20a french/ schuco socket set up for EV charging too. Our first visit to the Haut Savoie, won't be our last. Faverges is a very well resourced & accessible small town. Handy for Annecy and Chamonix Mont Blanc

This has been a near perfection experience. Beautiful house, perfect location, and well thought after details and designs. Christina is such a nice and friendly host too. Easily one of my best Airbnb stay over the past decade. Hope to come back for another stay in the future!

Armand is really a great host! Super friendly and available. Very well located accommodation (a few minutes walk to the lake) in a peaceful and easily accessible residential area. Everything was very clean, and the bedding really comfortable.

Clean, well equipped apartment with beautiful views and surroundings. We loved having breakfast in the balcony. Walking trails starts at the door step. Hosts were very thoughtful and there were some groceries on our arrival, which was very convenient. Nice little shops full of local produce. We recommend this place everyone who likes nature and a peaceful place to stay, not far away from the hustle and bustle from Annecy, which is about 45 min by car.

Great host with a very nice house in a lovely location, very quiet and safe neighbourhood

The space was sufficient and great for us (couple). The terrace and garden are a huge plus. Sunbathe on the deck chairs while listening to the sound of the river and the birds singing, what happiness 🤩 The beach is 15/20 min walk. Walks around the park and on the lake shore are super nice. The accommodation is in a great location and in a private and very quiet environment. Annecy is not far if you want a city vibe. Sébastien recommended places to explore nearby. Recommended!

Sylvie’s place was much nicer than the pictures. My wife and I wished we had stayed longer. The view from her apartment was amazing. The amenities such as free parking, fully equipped kitchen, washer/drier and dishwasher were very beneficial. The space and the linens provided were very clean. We strongly recommend her place!

Arnaud went out of his way to make us feel welcome - he provided refreshments, he was so flexible and accommodating & always responded right away. Could not rate this stay highly enough, it genuinely made our trip x
