Let me start by telling you this place is absolute gem 💎. The view of Mont Blanc will be the highlight of your trip. It is literally breathtaking right from the house. The Jacuzzi was awesome. The town is like a ferry tale. You will be very fortunate if you book this place. I’ve been all over the planet and this is one of the coolest locations I’ve ever stayed.

Great extended weekend at Amandine's. The cottage is comfortable and friendly. The Nordic bath is a plus. The nearby hikes are very beautiful! A small haven of peace!

Hélène's accommodation is very well-equipped, very welcoming, a nice terrace and on the edge of a beautiful river. Hélène is a very attentive and available host. I recommend it for a peaceful, quiet stay, close to Annecy but away from its hustle and bustle!

A really unusual and beautifully converted little mazot or chalet. Looks characterful and rustic on the outside but it was very modern and nicely kitted out on the inside. The space is tiny but we found it perfect for two. We were there in June so could enjoy sitting out on the terrace. We are both over 6ft so had to watch our heads in the bedroom which is in the eaves. We also found the stairs very steep and tricky so would caution people who are not very sure on their feet. One had to be very careful with middle of the night trips downstairs downstairs to the bathroom! Both the living room and the bedroom have a traditional unglazed window which is sealed by a large wooden door which it is brilliant to throw open to enjoy the mountain air, even when it's raining or snowing. Very atmospheric! The mazot is in a quite spot just on the edge of town but everything is 5 to 10 minutes walk away. There is even a japanese and also a savoyard restaurant a few minutes walk away.

We had a great weekend in this small cottage with very welcoming, flexible hosts and with good recommendations. The accommodation is very good, I would highly recommend it!

A beautiful experience, a responsive and accommodating hotel, comfortable and peaceful accommodation... everything you need for a pleasant stay in this beautiful corner of France. The location of the accommodation was ideal for getting to the starting point of the Annecy trail. I highly recommend this place!

The stay at the castle was something very special for our whole family (6 adults, 3 children aged 4, 6 and 11)! The atmosphere is particularly elegant, the view awesome, plenty of good amenities and the surroundings gigantic! We enjoyed the garden with the various seating areas, played a lot of table tennis and hiked from the house, spent a wonderful afternoon at the lake directly in Bonneville, appreciated shopping in the village (especially the Fromagerie) and were from there in Chamonix (cogwheel railway: fantastic - gondola on the Aguille du Midi and hike from the middle station: breathtaking!) and in the "horseshoe valley" with the many waterfalls: highly recommended! Very good stay at Roberta's, large garden for dogs with direct access to the lake. Cozy place, it almost feels like home. Roberta very friendly and very available as needed. Proximity to the center of Annecy is a great plus I recommend it!

We had the chance to spend a weekend with friends at Dominique's place and we're more than happy! The place is really great, the location is really great and there is enough parking. Dominique is a really great host, he was incredibly kind. We're already thinking about coming back with our families!

I loved my 5 night stay here! The apartment is very secure, and the instructions to get inside are thorough, helpful and clear with photos. I never heard any noise despite it being in the city center, and it had everything I wanted and needed for comfort. Everything was clean, the host is very responsive and kind. I would definitely come back!

A large and beautifully appointment loft right in the middle of Annecy. Easy to get around to all attractions. Would highly recommend a stay!

Great stay, very welcoming host and a quiet environment. The place is poorly indicated on the GPS but thanks to the guide we received from the hosts, we were able to find the location easily. The place is functional and you feel good there!

We came to Michel & Svetlana's to stay during the animation festival in Annecy. We were extremely well received, the accommodation is perfect as well as its location, which is easy to find (20 minutes from the city center), quiet and beautiful. A cosy appartment with a phenomenal view, very well located in Arcs 1600 with direct access to ski slopes. Nice terrass too. Good parking place as well where the car is parked safe and shielded. Excellent communication and clear instructions on how to get there.

We went as a group of 4 to spend a moment of change of scenery at Sebastien's and we had enough room for all of us in the chalet. Accommodation is nice, the street is peaceful & there are a lot of activities in the surroundings. Sebastien is welcoming, friendly & makes good apple pies for the arrival of guests! Beautiful attention I recommend
