We rent an apartment, located on the ground floor of our house. We live in the mountains, on the heights of the village under the Parmelan mountain, 860m above sea level. This apartment is located 20 minutes by car from Annecy's Lake (12km) and 40 minutes from La Clusaz ski station (23km). It will appropriate for lovers of tranquility and mountain activities, summer and winter, but also for lovers of water activities (paddle, kayak, swimming on the lake) and fishers (Fier, Bornes, Annecy lake).

A rustic chalet is surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant landscaping. Large windows reveal wooden interiors, while a pathway leads through the garden toward additional structures. The backdrop features majestic mountains, contributing to the tranquil alpine setting.

Vous profitez des stations de La Clusaz et du Grand-Bornand à 20 km, du lac d'Annecy à 9 km, de Thônes avec son marché à 9 km. Randonnée en montagne, promenades et VTT sur place. Aire de jeux, city stade à 1 km (Bcp+ dans mon guide de voyage ci-dessous). Cuisine induction, lave vaisselle, prise VE, jardin équipé, abris, transat. Arrivée à 16h les vendredis, samedis et dimanches.

Notre chalet orienté sud ouest est situé au chef lieu de notre charmant petit village de Dingy St Clair. Il est totalement indépendant avec son jardin, sa terrasse et son parking privatif. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 canapé convertible). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente. Le propriétaire vit dans le chalet au dessus mais le gîte est totalement indépendant et sans espaces communs Parking gratuit 2 voitures. Possibilité option ménage à régler sur place : 30€.

Cet appartement neuf de 75m2 se trouve à deux pas du lac et du Mont Veyrier. Romantiques promenades le long du lac à seulement 15 minutes de la vieille ville, baignades sur la belle plage d’Albigny, pistes de vélo, courts de tennis, transports en commun et excellents restaurants juste à côté de ce très bel appartement !
