Our family of four had a fantastic time. The home is very big and everything has been thought of with the design and kitting out of the place. The outside barbeque area was a real boost and we used it for several meals. The garden is huge, our kids enjoyed playing football on the lawn. Around 15 mins to the beach. We found it took around 50 mins to get to St Malo, but it was worth the trip. Laurent and Jocelyne communicated well before and during our stay when we had queries. We will be back.

We had a lovely stay at this home in a great location. Well renovated and decorated house, faithful to photos with separate sleeping areas ideal when we are a lot, with shower rooms and baths in each room, great plus and very clean house.

we enjoyed our stay at this accommodation which is perfectly as described. it is very well located, everything is within walking distance and the parking space is a real plus. Anne guided us well for a very easy check in and out. We would not hesitate to return during a new stay in Dinard.

Excellent location facing the sea, very nice exterior with bowling green, terrace and barbecue. Nothing is missing in the house, beautiful decoration, special mention for the kitchen open to a fantastic view and tip top amenities. No bad surprises.

I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking an unforgettable vacation on the Brittany Coast. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by the host’s parents with the warmth and generosity usually reserved for close friends or family. The home itself is beautiful—spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully equipped with the things you might need. The location couldn’t be better: perfectly situated between Saint-Malo and Cancale, with easy access to Dinan and Mont Saint-Michel by car. Whether you’re exploring charming coastal towns or taking in historic landmarks, this is an ideal base. Thank you, Helene, for such a wonderful stay—we’re already dreaming of coming back!

Accommodation perfectly matches the listing, ideal accommodation for families/groups. Large living room with pool table! We chose to take a detour before Mont St Michel. I highly recommend it.

The apartment itself has beautiful decor, is clean, and well equipped with a great kitchen and bathroom. Steve, the host, is very responsive. Easy check in and check out processes. Accommodation matches the photos, very clean and pleasant, in a quiet area. The bakery is a stone's throw away from the property, the supermarket 10 minutes away and the beach 15 minutes away on foot! the terrace is a real plus, we took advantage of it. A big thank you to Chrystele for her smile. I would highly recommend it! We will definitely come back when we are in the area.

Very nice house. Large spaces inside and outside. Located in a beautiful area near the sea: Saint-Briac, Saint Lunaire, Dinard, Saint-Malo… The host, Daniele, is very responsive. We wished we could have stayed longer. This is proof that we are very satisfied!

We had a great time at Jean-Pierre's house, the view is magnificent, the pool is great. Nothing to say except that we will surely go back with pleasure.

Cecile and Francis put the super in superhost. They are attentive, friendly and responsive with plenty of good tips about the local area. Their home is one of those where the photos don’t do it justice - this is actually better than it looks. Location couldn’t be any more ideal: literally on the beach, you just have to roll out of bed and you’ll be swimming in the Atlantic. The house has been beautifully renovated and it’s decorated with attention to detail, lots of character and Cecile’s art work adding an extra layer of charm. A great hideout to explore Bretagne or to simply slow down, enjoy the scenery, the beach and the picture perfect sunsets on this quiet corner of St. Malo, away from the crowds. It’s very difficult to think of something that could be better… impossible actually. Almost feels like a well kept secret that you want to keep to yourself.

We had a great weekend with friends at Brigitte's. The house is large, pleasant, and close to the coastal trail and the center of Cancale, so no complaints. We recommend it unreservedly.

We stayed as 6 (2 couples and 2 individuals) with our dogs for 3 days in Nicolas' house to spend a birthday weekend with the family. Impeccable stay from A to Z. A few steps from the beach, the house is beautiful, with a beautiful garden (well fenced, perfect for children and dogs) and a beautiful sea view. The house is equipped as if you were going home - super comfortable bedding, kitchen equipped with everything you need to have fun in the kitchen. The big plus: some rooms have a sink, as in the past. With 2 bathrooms and 2 separate toilets, it meant there was never a queue to wash or go to the toilet. Nicolas and the on-site concierge service are friendly, very friendly and gave us some nice tips for restaurants. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to enjoy the beautiful terrace and its barbecue. Maybe next time☺️... Thank you Nicolas.

We loved our stay at Victor’s place! Even better than on pictures. We absolutely recommend staying at the villa with family and friends. It’s the perfect place to create memories, spend quality time and disconnect. Fireworks, Padel court, bright and spacious living room, open kitchen, we loved it all! Calm neighbourhood, yet close to all the main cities to visit (saint Malo, Dinan, M’ont Saint Michel). Thank you for your hospitality and responsiveness, we’d love to come back!
