Great stay! The location of this is perfect, between the 2 beaches. There’s lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The pool is even better than it looks and the outside area exceeded our expectations. We loved coming back to the villa after a day at the busy beaches and town! The staff that we met were also lovely and very helpful. Would recommend !

This was a great place to stay in Hiriketiya. Short walk to the main areas with restaurants and the beach in both Hiri and Dickwella, but removed enough that it was quiet and peaceful. The pool was very nice and clean and was refreshing to dip in the heat. WiFi was very strong (worked remotely with zoom calls). Air conditioning was very strong as well and no bugs inside the apartment. The host was super friendly and cooked us a traditional breakfast to celebrate Sri Lankan new year (for free) which was amazing. Highly recommend staying here!

Had a lovely time in Hirikiya and the Rez really made me feel like home. Was traveling solo and wanted a quiet place to relax and feel safe. The place was super clean and had all essentials needed to cook etc. Very glad this place is not located on the main street since it gets a bit loud at night. However, it is super close to all restaurants and both beaches. There is also Yoga being offered 100m away on a beautiful roof of a hotel that I highly recommend attending.

Lovely house in a quite area. Very nice and clean with ample room and (kitchen) equipment to make your stay comfortable. Kitchen is well equiped supplied with basic necessities such coffee, tea, spices etc. house is very spacious, 2nd bedroom has a smaller bed and no A/C, something to keep in mind. it was a good place for our final stay in Sri Lanka. Hiriketiya beach is a ten minute walk, so also easily reachable.
