Our second time at Sebastian’s wonderful Airbnb. This location is perfect as it’s quiet and yet very near the busier sections of town. Sebastian is a terrific host and everything is as described. He is very friendly and makes sure all is well:-) You will not find a better property !

Laura and her husband Arjan were the perfect hosts! Arjan served us breakfast each morning which included a basket of fresh bread, fruits and cheese. Arjan provided us with great recommendations and most especially - showed us how to use the tram system! It is a lovely apartment and they made us feel very welcome.

Karin and Douwe are very accommodating hosts. They let us store our luggages in his home before and after checkin and checkout time. They are very responsive and always replied our messages immediately! The unit is in a quiet and convenient location, 10 minutes walk to the central station, about 30 minutes walk to museum district. The unit is very spacious too!

It was very nice at Miriam's. She was a great host and we will be happy to come back

We had an amazing stay at Sharine and Keon’s place! The house was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It’s located in a beautiful and peaceful neighborhood, with easy access to everything Amsterdam has to offer. Sharine and Keon were fantastic hosts—very responsive, thoughtful, and welcoming. Peggy was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout the entire process, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The apartment was very well equipped and had a beautiful view, making it a truly memorable stay. I would highly recommend it!

“My stay at Evert’s place was 10/5 stars. The location is wonderful - right on the canal, down the street from a lovely cafe and flower shop and central to popular and nontouristy attractions alike. Evert is a wonderful and warm host who has meticulously curated a beautiful and homey flat. He provides extensive resources on the artistic hidden gems of Amsterdam within the flat’s book collection, which I found helpful and charming. The flat is on the second floor of the building owned by Evert and looks onto the canal. Evert welcomed me and showed me how to access the property so I could come and go as I pleased and had the independence and privacy that I desired. Would be a dream to stay here again.

We had wonderful days in Stéphanie's house. The location was beautifully quiet, a playground in front of the door, which was perfect with children, and yet we were quickly in the city by bus or metro. For us, the perfect place to relax in the evening after an eventful day. The house is beautiful, bright and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Stéphanie was a very friendly and uncomplicated hostess. We felt very comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay here with our young children. Suzanne was a wonderful host. It was a really good base for exploring Amsterdam - it’s easy to get to on the tram and they run very frequently. We enjoyed being slightly out of the bustle of the city and it meant we had the benefit of a lovely garden that lead onto the canal. The downstairs space is a great space for families. The property was very clean and felt like a home from home.

Very nice, quiet and welcoming apartment. It feels like home. Kitchen equipment to cook as we please. Small garden area bringing a touch of nature. Responsive and welcoming hosts.

We had a wonderful stay at Anja's place. The house is light, spacious and comfortable - just as lovely as it looks in the pictures. Beds were comfortable and it was a peaceful location, so we all slept soundly. We loved being by the water and the feeling of space and light that brought. It was fun to sit on the dock in the morning sun with our coffee. Anja is a great host. Communication was easy. She was super friendly and quick to respond. We definitely recommend this as a base to explore Amsterdam and the beautiful villages to the south of the city.

what a beautiful gem of a place to stay. outside the hustle and bustle of Amsterdam but easy enough to get into the centre by tram. the local area was lovely and calm and has some wonderful restaurants near by the Sarah recommended. Sarah also allowed us to check in early and leave our bags in the Airbnb whilst we explored before needing to head to the airport. her local recommendations were spot on and made the stay much easier. thank you.

I stayed at this place for 4 days. The surrounding area is beautiful, I just love IJburg. The place is spacious and exactly as described. The outside area with the terrace is beautiful, quiet and relaxing. Watching the sunset and the pastel-coloured sky from the terrace alone is worth the money. Even though we did not cook , the kitchen is amazing and well equipped. The beds were cozy and comfortable. Both hosts were very friendly, polite and responsive. Even when a faux-pas happened to us on the last day, it was handled very nicely and luckily it got solved without many issues. I appreciated the understanding way communication a lot. Our stay was perfect. Thank you both.

The house is spacious, confortable and quiet. You will find every equiments you expect to find in a family house. The cat is nice and easy going. The location is great especially if you do not plan to spend all your time in Amsterdam city centre but also cycle to waterland or Muiden, paddle on the canal (ring is 5km long) or the lake directly from the garden, run, windsurf (10min walk) or simply relax. Amsterdam centraal station is 25 min away: 7 min walk + 17 min tram. The parking place is very practical if you plan to drive to other parts of NL. Check in/out and support were perfectly managed by Kobe & Eva. We would stay again by Tineke.

We had a wonderful time at Luc and his family's house. The check-in was uncomplicated, thanks to the key box. The communication with Luc went great. It was also great that there was a free and safe garage parking space. The house itself offers everything you need. Shopping facilities are only a 10-minute walk away. It was fantastic to have the garden directly on the canal. During the day, thanks to the great connection, we were able to explore Amsterdam and relax and swim in the evening "at home". The beach nearby was also great. It was just the perfect mix. We loved it!

This apartment was amazing for our quick trip to Amsterdam. The location is perfect—right on one of the main canals and walkable to everything. Helena was such a gracious host and gave us some great recs for vintage shopping, drinks, and eats. The space was well appointed and she was so flexible with our arrival and departure times. I would 100% recommend this place and would stay here again on a future visit.

Location is perfect, place is nice and roomy, steps and hallway are a bit narrow but was totally fine for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Cute cafe nearby for breakfast. Host was great as well. Lots of good recommendations!!

Bill’s apartment was fantastic for our stay. The parking was great and felt secure, and the tram link into Amsterdam is just around the corner. Great value for anyone looking to explore Amsterdam and be very comfortable over a long weekend!

We enjoyed staying at Fleur’s apartment. It is very close to a tram stop which made it easy to get around, and it was well situated between the main areas of the city, making it a good base to explore from. The apartment was nice - it had everything we needed for a couple days in the city. The only thing to note is that the stairs within the apartment (from living area to bedroom) are narrow and steep, but this seems quite typical of stairs in this area- the same was true of stairs in restaurants in the area. Overall we had a great stay and I would stay there again!

Our stay with MorningStar in Amsterdam was absolutely exceptional. The home was pristine, beautifully designed, and full of luxurious touches that made our three-night stay unforgettable. We arrived to find thoughtful treats like fresh fruit and chocolate waiting for us—such a warm welcome! The location was perfect: central, quiet, and incredibly walkable, which made it easy for our family of four to explore the city. Every detail exceeded our expectations. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again—highly recommend!

Frank is a warm host, who was very responsive and was waiting for us when we arrived. The apartment is as advertised- beautiful, spacious, central location with views of the Amstel River. It is a 3rd floor walk up. The stairs have to be approached slowly and carefully.

Amazing stay with Iwan. Tucked away in quaint neighborhood. Uber easily accessible to the main part of the city but lots of restaurants/ cafes/ and grocery store within walking distance. Lots of stairs going up to apartment but Iwan was so kind to help us with our bags on arrival which made check in a breeze. He was very responsive as well. Apartment has multiple hatch windows which give Beautiful panoramic views of the city. Would stay here again and recommend to all.
