The 75sqm apartment offers: -a bedroom (1x double bed 180x200), -an open living-dining area with 2 comfortable sofas (2x sofa bed's à 145x195) -an open kitchen -a bath -a terrace Smoking is not allowed in the apartment (except on the terrace)! Unfortunately, animals are not allowed. Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house (parking lanes).

"Lüttje Emma" - Hygge duplex in the old town

Welcome to the "Lüttjen Emma" (Lütt = small/Emma = Emmernstraße). You are welcome to feel at home and relax... and maybe get to know Hamelin. Right in the center of the old town is the small, "hyggelige" duplex apartment. Due to the orientation to the courtyard of a passage, it is quiet despite its central location. Directly below the apartment you can enjoy the advantages of a sweet café (Café Frida) with integrated library and charming courtyard ambiance.

Private home in Lauenstein

Relax with family or friends at this harmonious place to stay. We don't have a nice view, but we do have a private outdoor area with a small pool and a lounge with a TV. The pool is only available during the bathing season, from about mid-May to approx. the end of September (depending on the weather). Winter promotion from November to March: From 2 nights you will receive a 20 euro voucher for the Ith-Sole-Therme in Salzhemmendorf :-) Pets on request.

Our rental is mainly aimed at business travelers and field staff, but also private travelers who are located near Hanover or other immediate surroundings. We are particularly characterized by the direct connection and proximity to Expo Hanover. Despite the good accessibility of the fairgrounds and the center of Hanover, our property offers you the necessary tranquility at the same time.

Two balconies - facing east for breakfast in the sun, facing west overlooking the Weser and newly designed Weser promenade. Another identical apartment is located in the same house. The summer house

Some time ago, we transformed the old horse stable into a "summer house" through some renovation measures. In doing so, 85 square meters of something unique. We hope that our future guests will feel very comfortable here. Look at the posted photos and let them work on you. We only offer this vacation home in the summer months, as HEATING in winter simply costs a lot of energy. A fireplace is available for the transitional period.

Living in a half timbered house

This 62 m2 large apartment is located on the second floor of our original half timbered house. A shared staircase leads to this apartment which consists of a living area with two armchairs, a sofa, a kitchenette with a table and 4 chairs, two bedrooms and a bathroom. Each bedroom has two single beds (adjacent / next to one another) which can be placed together - after consultation, to form a double bed arrangement.

Tiny House "Luna", by the lake with sauna

Handmade tiny house for two people. Right on the lake, with a large terrace and sauna. The house was built with ecological materials and lovingly furnished with solid wood furniture. It has a double bed 220 x 160, a couch, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and dry separation toilet. The house is easily accessible by train. Hämelerwald train station is only a 15-minute walk away.

Our beautiful, sun-drenched vacation home is built in wood and offers everything a family or a small travel group needs. Attention: Only for non-smokers indoors and outdoors! A fully equipped open kitchen, four spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 sunny terraces, a large garden and a double carport. The house has underfloor heating and is completely barrier-free, including the showers.

Vacation home Ith Höhe

Newly renovated cottage with a good location right on the Ithkamm. A good starting point for the climbing areas on the Ith, the award-winning Ith-Hils hiking trail or also for the gliders that are based here. Everything is easily accessible on foot. For a quick bite, there is a very popular snack bar less than 100 meters away.

This bright, spacious apartment was newly furnished in 2019/20 and is located in the Wickensen Town Hall, an ensemble of the Weser Renaissance from 1542.
