Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Diamond Island

Our family booked the entire building for a week, occupying both units. The layout features multiple staircases (one without railings), which worked for us but may be challenging for elderly guests or very young children. We absolutely loved the location! Right across from Chợ Bến Thành, it’s a short walk to restaurants, shops, and the city center. The property was clean, with cleaners visiting during our stay, and the dual washer/dryer was a bonus. Our host Qui was very responsive and accommodating. The air conditioner in the lower unit was non-functional, and despite a technician’s visit, it remained unrepaired, causing uncomfortable conditions, poor ventilation, leading some in our group to seek alternative lodging. Also, one bathroom in the upper unit lacked water pressure, limiting us to one bathroom. We recommend confirming these amenities before booking. Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the unbeatable location, cleanliness, and responsive host. A great spot for city immersion!

Great stay, the hotel it's in is lovely and the staff are really friendly. I had no problems finding the place and check in was simple. I only used it as a pit stop, but it has everything needed for a short stay.

Great place. The most outstanding feature is that it is extremely easy for taxis etc to pick you up. There are pretty great food spots nearby and convenience stores. Just ask the host to recommend

호치민이 갈 때는 나는 항상 chip의 숙소를 예약합니다. 그는 늦은 시간 까지 연락이 되며 빠른 답변과 세탁 및 청소 등 요구하는 것을 아주 빠르게 처리 해 줍니다. 매우 신속하고 여행자에게 편안함을 주는 그는 여행자의 마음을 매우 잘 이해합니다. 다음에 또 호치민에 가게 된다면 나는 그의 숙소를 이용할 것이다.

He was a very gentlemanly man and the room was clean and comfortable.

Every thing was great clean new apartment. Only two very minor details to point out . 1. Sofa seat is weak so it’s uncomfortable 2. Cannot use big pool because you are resident of “ East “ building. But The pool for east building is great just doesn’t have Sun if that’s your thing. I would recommend this apartment 100%!

We enjoyed our stay, and it was clean and nice. Beds were fantastic, I slept better than home in these beds. Aircon in both bedrooms and as well in the living areas, made it a comfortable place to be. Downstairs, lots of shops, 7/11 and many more. A nice and peaceful place, close to the park. We had a fantastic time at a nearby restaurant and they accepted Mastercard. We newer saw how the Gong money looked like as pay card was no hassle anywhere, except for a bbq nearby.

And the guard was amazing !

我们已经是第二次入住这个房间了，虽然这个房间的位置离开市区有点偏远，但设施和服务很棒，有些很美的花园和安静的环境，工作人员为我们准备的丰富且美味的海鲜及肉类烧烤，我们每天都很尽兴。
