It was a nice place to stay. It was nice to have air conditioning and warm water installed in each room and the living room on the 1st and 2nd floors. Thanks to you, I made good memories with my short schedule.

The pool is nice and it was nice to clean it every day. It was convenient to have privacy and to be able to take the elevator upstairs. The host's response was quick and friendly, so I was able to quickly handle my inquiries.

Great place dor a quick trip. Spacious room, clean bathroom, got all the amenities we needed. Our room is the entire Mezzanine floor, which comes with its pros and cons. We liked the pros thus far, no complaint.

We had such a great experience staying here as a whole family! The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for a large group. The location was incredibly convenient, with everything within walking distance. We also loved how the house was decorated — it truly gave us a feel of the local culture. We stayed for 5 nights as a group of four, each with our own clean, comfy studio. The Japanese-inspired design was a refreshing change, especially the tatami-style touches. Three rooms had mini kitchens; Ebi didn’t, but had a water dispenser, which was super handy, and saved us from having to buy cartons of water. The garden at the back was a great gathering spot for us at night, though we wished it had more comfortable seating with backrests or moveable chairs from the rooms. We also encountered a minor hiccup with the ceiling fan in the common area not working, which could have been checked beforehand. Location was quiet and private. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful. Some downsides: Rooms lacked blackout curtains, especially Ebi, and all rooms could hear early morning tennis games—soundproofing would help. Also, facial tissues weren’t in rooms and were only available on request. Overall, it was a well-curated stay, we'd definitely recommend it!

It was a clean room and a good place to stay alone. I was very satisfied except for the inconvenience of having to go up to the 3rd floor and the hassle of having to use the narrow stairs and the shared washing machine. The host was also kind. It was so nice.

The host was so friendly even when I contacted him late at night during check-in, so I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. The house was so clean, the supplies were well prepared, and I could walk to the Evi in 5 minutes. The townhouse was spacious, so it was comfortable to live in, and the restaurant on the first floor was very well done.

Had an awesome stay here over the Reunification holiday weekend! The place was super spacious, perfect for groups and right in the heart of Saigon. We could easily walk to all the main spots, and the city was so alive with celebrations. The apartment was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. Plenty of space to chill out after exploring, and the common areas were great for hanging out together. The host was super responsive and made check-in a breeze, even with all the holiday buzz. If you’re looking for a central spot in Saigon that’s perfect for a group, this is it. Would definitely stay here again!

Trung has created such a tasteful and cozy space! While the area can get a bit loud during the day, it's to be expected given its central location, and Trung thoughtfully provided earplugs for us. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and even allowed us a late checkout when we were running behind on our departure day.
