Melissa was an excellent host: caring, friendly and accommodating. When a small issue came up she worked fast to get it resolved. She kindly allowed us to extend our stay after the Roswell flood, until we got the basement of our newly-bought house dried out and utilities back on. We are grateful to have stayed in the home of such a nice host, and were very comfortable here. I highly recommend her cozy Airbnb home!

I almost hesitate to recommend this place because I want it all to myself! I run a 3 person crew that works near Artesia, each year I stay at Tabatha’s place and it is one of the highlights of my year! Clean, all the amenities, perfect location in Artesia, and a reasonable price. Who could ask for more?

The house has a beautiful yard and its own parking space. I love how safe the area felt and how close it is to downtown. The house was clean which is a big deal for me as that is a deal breaker. The mattress was comfortable and clean. The house felt relaxed and perfect. I highly recommend this place. The host included everything you can need to enjoy your stay. Extra pillows, sheets, pots, pans, a coffee maker, clean towels, you name it.
