Villa vacation rentals in Deux-Sèvres

We had a fantastic stay at Feryel and Guillaume's house. They communicated really well in advance, through check-in, and during the week. The house was spacious and well-appointed, and the pool was fabulous. We had a great week, and would be keen to visit again!

Incredibly thoughtful hosts - we came with a newborn and toddler for 2.5 weeks and spanned 3 generations - they had everything we needed from highchair, to baby baths, and even beautiful wooden playsets of a market stall and kitchenette! Our little girl was so happy, and it meant we could travel light from the UK too. Sebastien & Geraldine were incredibly thorough and responsive both before & during our stay & gave comprehensive intel of what the accommodation offered to proactively reduce how much stuff we needed to bring. The house is beautifully presented, the kitchen very sufficient, every room had a fan (perfect for when temps reached 35+ for a few days!) & we spent wonderful afternoons in the sunshine by the pool & enjoying alfresco meals throughout the day. You needn’t leave the village as the house is so lovely, and the local Coop and Bakery kept us well stocked but we did enjoy trips to the local zoo, Ile de re and Coulon! Well located accommodation by the canal and close to activities (marsh house, bike, boat ride). Nice accommodation for a stay in the Poitevin marsh, quiet, with very good bedding, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with everything you need. Recommended.

We had a great time in this beautiful tastefully restored home. It is very well equipped for children with a very large playroom, a trampoline, a swing. The terrace is lovely. Really a nice place! The welcome was perfect and the communication smooth. Recommended!

Beautiful companion house, perfect for a family weekend. Comfortable sleeping arrangements, only 2 bathrooms with toilet but it's organized. Everything to make games together, with a beautiful dedicated courtyard! Welcome and availability! Thanks for the stay:)

Excellent accommodation. We had a great 10 days there. Tastefully decorated, very well equipped and in impeccable condition. The garden is enclosed (perfect for children), shaded and very pretty. Anne-Marie and Jacques are very available and welcoming hosts. We highly recommend this quiet rental in a pretty area.

Great location surrounded by woods and sunflower fields. Big grounds for games and outdoor activities. Two nice pools. A few issues with pools during our stay, which we worked through with Stephen's support. House great but could do with a deep clean. Having two fridges and dishwashers was very useful. Games rooms could do with a refresh. Nice village and we were fortunate to be there during annual weekend fete, fun, with the best firework display we have ever seen. Relaxing and enjoyable and we would revisit. Good communication from Stephen when required, thanks 😊

Very nice house for family moments. Very well equipped for children in particular! Very warm and responsive host to help when needed. Properly-equipped kitchen. Peaceful setting and swimming pool overlooking pleasant fields. It should be noted that within 10 min by car there are plenty of great activities (zoo, children's park, nautical base etc.) Thanks to Damien for this week of vacation

Lucrèce and Jean-Patrice welcomed us very pleasantly to their home and were very available and proactive throughout our stay. Their tips for Puy du Fou and other local activities were valuable!

House as described. We were 6 Adults and 6 children and were able to enjoy it to the fullest (except the pool which was out of order but it was not an inconvenience). Nathalie's kindness and availability made it possible to make this stay pleasant and relaxed. I would highly recommend it!

Lynn and Paul are the best!! We had lots of fun playing soccer under the sequoia, swimming in the pool and drinking the fine rose wine of the area!! I’d go back TOMORROW!!

If you are looking for a relaxing and peaceful holiday then this place is for you. The house is very spacious and has everything you could want for a great family time away. The pool is perfect and the grounds are very large. There are loads of things to entertain everyone that isn't fully listed. Ann was very communicative and helpful. If anything - the place is a lot better than the even in the photos. Beds are very comfy - which is always a plus! Would fully recommend a day trip or 2 to Île de Re which was amazing! Thanks Ann and Laurent for sharing your home with us for a short time!

Had a great stay in Cholet. The home was beautiful and as described. The swimming pool was large, clean and will kept. A lovely family holiday and thank you for hosting us.

Very charming and pleasant villa. Much larger in real life than it appears in the photos and well arranged. The pool is large and pleasant. In addition, our hosts Léa and Vincent were available and very responsive by phone during the stay. Not to mention flexibility for check-in/checkout times. Interesting point to improve, the availability of a little more equipment for daily cleaning, as well as a small instruction booklet for the proper use of electronic devices and appliances.

Great place to gather with family and friends. Great bedding, and top-notch maintenance. Large pool and amenities ++. Small bar and restaurant nearby very welcoming We recommend this place.

Kate and Mark James are extremely welcoming and sensitive to the well-being of their guests. Always attentive, they were able to meet our expectations. We had a pleasant quiet week, which is appreciated before work resumes. The subdivision is very clean, the pool cleaned morning and evening. The house is very spacious and pleasant with all the comforts you need. Everything is clean. What will I miss? the fact of having your coffee on the quiet sunbed in the morning.... The accommodation was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised by the rooms which were larger than in the photos. The pool was a real plus. The location was very peaceful, almost cut off from the world. The hosts were very responsive. We had a lovely stay.
