Close to the Poitevin Marsh, and 1.5 hours from the Vendée beaches, Puy du Fou and Futuroscope, there are many opportunities for outings, while enjoying the calm that this place provides.

Quiet and natural studio

Studio in a new single-story family house. The accommodation consists of 3 separate rooms for a total area of 26 m². The bedroom with sitting area/TV and dining area is 16 m², the bathroom is 6.5 m²; finally a small kitchen equipped with 3.5 m² completes the whole. Outside, relaxation is guaranteed! The terrace is sheltered by a pergola, with table, chairs, garden furniture, charcoal barbecue, gas plancha and with a view of the family garden.

"Villa Coco" is a beautiful renovated 200 m² stone house dating from 1800 located in the heart of the Marais Poitevin, 30 min from La Rochelle and the beaches, 25 min from Niort, 1h10 from Futuroscope and 1h30 from Puy du Fou. It can accommodate 12 people. There is a large garden, a heated pool that gets sun all day, a petanque court and shaded areas.
