Wonderful stay! The house is equipped with all comforts, very quiet and relaxing stay here. Furthermore, you are very quickly on the beach or in cities nearby. There is an organic market on Saturdays. Beautiful domain where you can walk and of course a swimming pool ! We really enjoyed our week here.

We had a lovely stay at Sarah's place! Very friendly and accommodating host. The house is sublime and very well furnished (fully equipped kitchen: we made many family dishes without any problems). The small village has several very convenient hikes if you have dogs: we enjoyed walking them around.

Very nice stay for a family. Close to Puy du Fou, that's what made us choose this place. Then when we arrive we see the superb view, the great accommodation, the little touches left by the hosts... very good!

Impeccable house with everything you need. Christine even replaced the sofa with a real bed in one of the 2 bedrooms, which was a plus for comfort. The environment is very peaceful and we saw deer in the fields behind the house. The little cat is adorable. Please note that a car is essential given the location.

The exchanges with Chantal were easy, the accommodation is as described, clean, well located, functional and very friendly. Gaëtan, Chantal's son, welcomed us very kindly. A super +, the loan of bikes that allowed us to enjoy a beautiful ride in the marshes. Really nice nearby restaurant (Lena's counter)

Great weekend with the whole family at this nice and spacious place. Everything is planned and we were able to fully enjoy the Center Parcs located nearby. Thanks to Melanie for hosting us and for her availability.

clean, well-decorated accommodation. all the necessary items are available, cellophane, cotton, cotton swab, laundry, tea, coffee, it's nice to have everything available for a short stay because we're not going to pack our suitcase and we're not going to do a lot of shopping. The only thing that bothered me is the front door which is not at all secure because it has a bad lock and has a hole blocked with tape so between the insecurity and the soundproofing the front door really deserves to be changed.

I go down to Ismael often, and it's always perfect. Go there without so much as a second thought!!!

I am delighted with my stay, I was able to receive the keys directly by hand, which allowed me to communicate with the host and get all the details! Sarah was very kind and accommodating! As for the accommodation, I have nothing to say, it is well-appointed, functional, comfortable, warm… and the terrace is a real plus when there is sun! In addition, it is ideally located in Niort. I recommend it.

Superb apartment, in a quiet residence, and close to the city center. Perfect Self check-in at 1 a.m. without any problems, the instructions were clear and precise. The plus, a large individual garage.
