Perfect cottage for a weekend with friends with children: bright common room well suited for a group (2 tables, large sofa), a large number of bedrooms and bathrooms, many games for young and old. The city of Saint Loup Lamairé is very beautiful. Between meals, games and walks, we had a great time.

Very functional accommodation located 5 minutes' walk from the Vival convenience store. Separate bedrooms accommodate both families or friends while sharing the living room with its large table. Julie welcomed us very warmly as soon as we arrived.

We had a lovely weekend at this nature lodge, 10 min from shops. The equipment, cleanliness and comfort are impeccable. We were 15 people in the cottage with the possibility of renting adjoining studios. Valerie is responsive and accommodating.

Very nice house with all the equipment described in the advertisement. Indoor pool, hot tub, trampoline, basketball basket, ping pong table, badminton net. BBQ and large outdoor table. Young and old have found their happiness and the hosts are lovely. A few shops in a peaceful village.. A great week!

Incredible stay for two nights with my family on our way through France. Laetitia was so helpful, welcoming and friendly. The property has been done up beautifully and all the facilities are perfect, especially the gym and the spa area which we were kindly offered to use for an hour during our stay. The pool area is fantastic and gets sun all day. All the bedrooms were great, we were 8 adults and I would suggest that the rooms are more suitable for 6 adults in the double rooms and the other rooms for children only (small room under the stairs and bunk bed room). Can’t fault the property or host at all, we had a lovely stay.

Spacious home with bedding and comfy sofa. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. A large games / sports room is available.

We had a wonderful New Year's Eve at Guy and Béatrice's cottage! Perfect for groups whether family or friends, the accommodation is warm, convenient and the games room is ideal to have a good time. We highly recommend this listing and thank Guy and Béatrice for their superb hospitality and hospitality!

Bonjour, Thanks to Irene and her husband for their welcome and availability throughout the stay! House ideally located for a stay in Puy du Fou (15min drive) or a peaceful stay in the countryside. While there is a short walk in the house, it is quite able to accommodate a person with limited mobility. Go without hesitation!!! Marie & Wilfried,

Pleasant and well-equipped village house for 2 adults 2 children. Well located in Niort and close to the marshes. Barbara is responsive and welcoming. Recommended.

Very nice stay. Our son loved the chickens and the vegetable garden. The big table was perfect for games.
