Cottage vacation rentals in Dersingham

Thank you Mary for letting us stay at your cottage, we had a great time and couldn't recommend it enough to anyone looking to have a peaceful getaway! The hot tub was immaculate and we also enjoyed the swimming pool. The cottage was tidy and comfy, and the location is great - close to some really nice walks and villages. Hope we get the chance to come back!

The Gig House was fantastic. Beautifully presented and exactly as described. Situated within beautifully maintained grounds, and just a few seconds stroll to the spa, it was absolutely perfect for our girly getaway! Tan and Hannah’s communication was excellent and they were very helpful. Plus the spa was great, friendly staff, great treatments and lovely outdoor jacuzzi pool with sun loungers to relax and lap up the sunshine. Who could ask for more!

We had a lovely time here our first overnight trip with our new baby. Brilliant hosts, the bread and eggs were a nice touch. Interesting cup lights in the kitchen. Would definitely recommend. Thanks :)

Beautiful cottage in a wonderful little town full of things to do and see (and the beach is not far away). The cottage is really well-appointed and full of cool things. The hot-tub was also a complete luxury!

Lovely few days staying in South Creake. I visit Norfolk often for the beautiful scenery, villages and coast and this stay did not disappoint. A quintessential cottage in a quiet village but spacious and modern enough for 4 of us. We loved the hot tub too! About 20 mins drive from Wells and Brancaster beaches, lovely restaurants such as The White Horse at Brancaster. Clean and well equipped stylish cobbled cottage.

Beautiful cottage, looked just like the pictures and much more spacious once we got inside. Lovely garden and the hot tub was a bonus. Our dog loved sunbathing on the grass outside and had loads of nature reserves dotted around for us to visit and take the dog on a walk. 10/10 would definitely recommend

This was our second year staying at the cottage. Like last time it was a wonderful holiday and we were sad to go. That Cottage feels like a second home to all of us. And we will be coming again next year. The property is beautiful and cosy. The surrounding area makes you feel so relaxed within nature. In the mornings we were able to see a barn owl on the garden fence. If you want somewhere to relax and unwind in the country I cannot recommend The Cottage enough.

We had very clear and concise checking in instructions straight from the start with Clare. On arrival on a sunny day in Norfolk and a long drive from Oldham, everything was ready and we entered the lodge. Everything was as described it was spotless and amazing, loads of room and comfortable sofas and bed. Bathroom was great with a big shower that was powerful enough. TV in living and bedroom both great. Hot tub was fab as well with the great weather. Our border collie loved the garden and made friends with Meg the border collie that lived at Bengate. Clare supplied us with fresh eggs twice and they were very tasty. All in all a great stay at an amazing location, we’ll definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay at Quail Cottage, plenty of space for the children to play and run around in the beautiful garden. The location is perfect for exploring the north Norfolk coast and Jane’s recommendations for places to eat were spot on!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Lovely, peaceful stay I had a great stay at 7 Moor Lane. The cottage was clean, cosy, and had a beautiful back garden – perfect for relaxing. Fresh flowers on the dining table were a lovely touch, and the host was welcoming and helpful throughout. There are nearby spots for fresh eggs and honey, which added to the charm. I even left something behind, and the host kindly posted it back to me. A thoughtful and peaceful countryside retreat – highly recommend!

I know Castle Acre well and was delighted to find this cottage in exactly the location we were looking for. A short walk between cottage and pub! There is a village shop, an epic fish and chip shop and dog walks from the door. The cottage was well equipped with new appliances and it was both warm and comfortable. I will definitely book again. This is a lovely cottage to stay in. Altho it is one bedroomed, all the rooms are big, including the bathroom. There is everything you need and if not a Sarah is very keen to help you out. There’s a lovely, sunny garden to sit and relax in … and a big off-road parking space. Super comfy bed! Quiet but near to the local shops, beach (15 mins walk) and a lovely walk along the coast to either Hunstanton (an hour) or Snettisham (1.5 hrs). Perfect location if you want to be away from the hustle bustle … but near enough to walk to. Highly recommended … I shall be returning!

We had a fantastic time in North Norfolk and Zoe & Toby’s home was a joy to come back to each night after a day of sightseeing. We had a child of 5 years and a toddler 15 months. They both loved the house, especially the toddler who loves going up stairs. We were made aware of the fire place and steps so knew it would be a minor inconvenience with the baby but that was fine considering all the pros of the property.

Brilliant stay for a few days, great cottage - nice location within walking distance of most of the area. Cute cozy home from home 👍

The photos of Clare's cottage on the listing did not do it justice. It looked better in real life! It was well appointed, comfortable and clean. My grandkids especially loved the games room with the tabletop football. The clear instructions on how to use the facilities and the information on amenities and things to do in the visitors' guide were particularly useful. The whole surrounding area was gorgeous.

Sophie’s place was absolutely great. We really enjoyed our long w/e. We love Aldeburgh but hadn’t stayed at this end of the town before and we loved the fact that it was quiet and peaceful, just a few steps to the sea and really easy to get parking. The house is gorgeous. Welcome pack was appreciated. So cosy with everything you need. Kitchen was well equipped and there is access to a courtyard seating area which was a real sun trap! V comfy bed and we had a superb nights sleep. Would highly recommend and will definitely return. Nothing was too much trouble and any queries were dealt with extremely quickly. V happy!

Great, family-friendly place to stay. Peaceful, rabbits running around, lots of nice touches. We particularly loved the pool. Norfolk is a great spot for families!

Spacious house. Good sized rooms. Good outside space. Nice and quiet. Bit difficult to get out of the drive by car as it was on a bend with little visibility. Cooking was by AGA ( except for microwave) . That would be great in winter but not ideal during the hottest week of the year.

Beautiful property situated within a beautiful location. The house did not disappoint! Spacious, clean and so very quiet. The space exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend Brickley Rise to anyone. Amy was brilliant, responsive and on hand for any questions and provided recommendations on where to eat/visit. A must stay!!

A very comfortable, attractive and well-equipped cottage. Excellent location for accessing the coastal path and the Coasthopper bus makes travelling along the coast very easy. Stiffkey has an excellent, well-stocked store and a good pub.

We had a lovely stay. Very comfortable home, bed was super comfy. Everything was exceptionally clean. The village was lovely, we had great food at the Rose & Crown. We drove all along the coast to Cromer, beaches & driving through the villages very pretty & an easy drive. Also went to sandringham which is a short drive away.

We had an excellent stay at Lovely Cottage. The cottage is beautiful and cosy, and had everything we needed for our Easter weekend in Norfolk! There were books and games for our children, a lovely garden that gets gorgeous sunshine in the afternoon and evenings and a wonderful log burner in the living room which we really enjoyed. Kelly was a great host who was responsive and so friendly and helpful. We will be staying again! X

Our stay at School Cottage was perfect! The location was great, nice and private area, and we were able to get to our destinations easily via car. The cottage was stunning, the space was open and beautiful with everything you would need. The rooms were great and had their own toilet / shower space each. It was perfectly dog friendly, the garden fully secure and great to let him out without concern!
