The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

Wenn ihr absolute Privatsphäre oder abschließbare Zimmer bevorzugt, könnte ein Hotel möglicherweise besser zu euren Bedürfnissen passen.

The 4-room apartment was renovated in April 2024 and equipped as a vacation home for up to 4 people. From this centrally located place, you will be on the R1 bike path on the Fulda in no time. In the village, you can walk to a generation-run inn and enjoy great food with great service. The small apartment (34 m²) can be booked for 2 to 4 people and has a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. A large garden with seating areas and lawn can also be used. Smaller pets are allowed. My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.
