Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Derbyshire Dales District

Jennie greeted us and let us into her wonderful property, showing us the best places to take walks and visit in the area. An extremly lovely house to come back to after long walks or day trips out and even had the perfect weather to enjoy the hot tub. It was just two of us staying in the property so more than enough room for anyone with a party of 4 looking to book somewhere - a positive and amazing first Air BnB experience, highly recommend to anyone thinking of staying here!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our daughters 21st birthday celebrations with family. She is a stately home fan and this house was like a mini one! We all had a lovely weekend and Penny was very helpful if we needed anything. Thank you for use of your beautiful house!

Great stay. Friendly & helpful host. Lots of character in the house. The only down side for me ( but not the rest of the party )was the steps up from the car port to the house as I am a little unsteady on my legs. But other than that a great place. Lovely pub just down the road too

From the moment I booked, Rebecca was responsive and helpful. My partner and I spent 5 nights here and really didn’t want to leave. Perfect base to drive into the Peak District for exploring and then to return home for a relaxing evening in the hot tub and cook a meal in the well equipped kitchen. Plenty of pubs and local restaurants to choose from which Rebecca had left lots of info about, The accommodation was spotless and we would love to stay again.

Ramin is a great host. The house is spacious, quiet and located close to shops etc

Great property and lovely view of the valley from the front. Everything was clean and tidy. Beds are comfy with plenty of towels provided. Nice hot tub and the robes were very handy at night (for info, this faces mainly the horse field, not the valley… but still not a bad view 🙂) All questions sent to the host were answered super quick.

We really enjoyed our stay, the pod (pod 2) accommodation was fantastic and fitted our needs as a family of 4, with brilliant views that could be enjoyed from the hot tub. The onsite play park for kids was unexpected but really good and there was plenty of other space for them to play too. We didn't pay attention to which pod we had booked but there are different internal layouts and orientations/locations on the site so something we will be aware of next time we come.

Amazing place, great hosts. Had a really nice weekend here. Place is in such a nice location there wasn’t any need to go out anywhere. Loved the stay!

Lovely lodge in serene setting - very very quiet on single track road. Cycle paths very close. Sherwood pines centre close. Great stay with two grandchildren and family called in.

Fantastic stay for my sisters hen party. The location and lodge were beautiful and Leon was really helpful and responsive. The caretaker was on hand to help with building the hot tub fire and the lodge had everything we needed! Brilliant stay thankyou

We stayed in Luke’s accommodation for my wife’s 40th - from the off Luke was extremely responsive and helpful when planning where to eat and where to walk locally, with lots of recommendations. The pesto at the peacock was a 10 minute drive and a restaurant we can’t wait to return to. The accommodation was easy to find, quiet and secluded. Exactly as described and shown in the photos. The garden area was a sun trap and fantastic place to relax, with the hot tub also a nice touch. We would definitely return and thank Luke for the hospitality.

I stayed here the evening before my wedding with my 2 bridesmaids, and i definitely picked the right place. Tilly Lodge is so beautiful and the pictures are exactly as how it is. The hot tub overlooking the fields is so relaxing. Music was playing as soon as we arrived. Accessing the property was so easy and plenty of space to park. I would definitely visit again. Sam was very accommodating and on hand to help. Thankyou so much
