Monthly Rentals in Deltaville

I can't say enough about how perfect this place was! I was so happily shocked by how clean it was, especially to be surrounded by sand! there was absolutely no smell, no dirt or dust. and the location? I had my two kids with me and they were able to walk to the little beach, to the turtle pond (highlight of my five-year-old's life!), and the dock, all with me being able to see them. I loved my morning coffee on the beach, or the screened in porch on the rainy morning. lots of places a short drive away, if you feel the urge to wander. truly a wonderful place, with friendly hosts. we are already planning our next visit!

The house was very nice, it was cleaned very well when we got there and there were plenty of amenities for everyone. The beach is accessible with maybe a two minute walk. The area is pretty, we saw horseshoe crabs and jellyfish at the beach, and the neighbors are friendly. The jellies can sting, but the kind of jellyfish here are painless enough that I initially thought I got bumped into by a floating stick, and the locals at the beach completely ignored the one in the water. The nearby restaurant/bar stays pretty busy, but it’s really nice as well.

The Little House was a sweet and ideal getaway spot! The property is gorgeous, and the area of Deltaville and other surrounding towns are definitely worth the experience. Highly recommend!

Kimberly and Jonathan are wonderful hosts. Our family was very comfortable and found everything just as described. The touches to have a welcome binder and guide on Airbnb were so helpful and the messages we received during our stay were well timed and informative. The water front beach is squeezed between two private properties but make sure you take time to walk over and visit at sunset. The water really sparkles and it’s beautiful! Our 11 year old dog enjoyed the water and it made our family so happy to see our kids and dogs have so much fun exploring the waterfront. We also used the kayaks and life jackets. After our stay the hosts went well out of their way to reunite us with an item we left behind. We hope many of you will stay at their property and enjoy it as much as we did. Thanks!
