My partner and I have stayed at the Loft and the guest house on Simon’s property, so when we saw this listing we knew we had to try it! Just like Simon’s other listings, this place was spotless, beautiful, and quiet. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge. One of our days here was super hot and sunny, so the dual air conditioners and blackout curtains came in handy to make the entire space a comfortable temperature. The large soaking tub was a nice bonus!

Evan was a spectacular host. Very responsive and easy to communicate with. We had an issue with the a/c upon arrival and he quickly took care of it! I would highly recommend his place and would, without a doubt, stay here again. Clintonville is a thriving little community and restaurants were in walking distance. Kroger and a Dunkin Donuts close by were also a perk for us!

Perfect little place and the fenced backyard was great for our 8 month old dog to burn some energy! Out in the country but still close enough to everything we needed. Terri was a great host and was very responsive. We even had a dozen of eggs in the refrigerator for us! 10/10!!

Matt’s place was a wonderful place to stay. Matt was very responsive, helpful, and truly cares about his guests. This stay didn’t disappoint! I would highly recommend it!

This was our first experience with Airbnb. We were extremely pleased. The rooms are really nice and everything was spotless. More spacious than we expected and there is so much natural light! The parking and keyless entry is convenient. We were greeted with a nice selection of coffee, tea, creamer, sweeteners and some buckeyes. As tea drinkers, we especially appreciated the electric tea kettle! Great location, nestled behind all the restaurants and shopping in uptown Westerville. (I grew up in Westerville, so I highly recommend walking down to Schneider's Bakery to pick up a treat.) Jennifer and Linda were wonderful and responsive hosts. We had a minor hiccup with the washing machine during our stay and it was handled very quickly with no disruption to our plans. Highly recommend this gem!! Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Jessica’s. We booked it the morning of our stay as a last minute needed pit stop on the road trip and it couldn’t have been easier. The loft had everything we needed to for a good nights sleep and refreshment. It’s close to restaurants so finding somewhere for dinner was no fuss too. Great host to communicate with as well. Would recommend

This is a special place in the rolling countryside and perfect for a place to stay for Kenyon College gatherings. It was so spacious and immaculate with nice homey touches. Definitely would come back!

Very nice location in a quiet neighborhood. It was walkable to restaurants, bars, and stores for last minute items. The host was also proactive and very clear with communication. Would book again.

Very clean space and good driving distance from the middle of the city. Hot tub is a shared space and the walls are pretty thin so it’s easy to hear other guests even when they’re not being particularly loud. But overall great stay and nice place.
