Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Delavan Lake

The apartment is spacious, bright, and looks right onto the Rock River. I would love to return in the summer and be able to enjoy the deck which overlooks the water. The location is convenient to many local attractions. It would be a good place for an extended stay with a well-equipped kitchen, washer and dryer. Nice modern kitchen and bathroom. Saul was a great host and replied quickly to messages.

This place was very wonderful! I was such a cute place and so close to downtown Lake Geneva. Would definitely stay here again :)

We had a great time and Jackie was very responsive to help with any questions or concerns. It’s a little further from clubhouse, pool and beach but having the golf cart was clutch. We would stay there again! Thanks Jackie!

what a wonderful cozy place!

This was a long-term stay--almost 3 months while working on a project. This place was perfect for my needs, and the neighborhood was unexpectedly lovely and quiet. Great location for central Rockford amenities including restaurants like The Norwegian and 27 Aluna @ Octane. Lovely streets to walk in Churchill's Grove. Shower is tiny but water heat and pressure are great. Kitchen is also tiny but functional--I cooked almost every day, and the only thing I missed was a toaster (the oven wasn't set up but there is a 4-burner stove). Saul lives close by and was very attentive. Except for the fact that I never want to have to touch the project I was working on again (!!!), I would definitely stay there again!

My first time in the Rockford area, I am so glad that I chose this place . Extremely quiet, super clean and Saul was amazing . I will definitely stay again on my next trip .

We really like the location and coziness of this rental. Very comfortable bed and large bathroom. The owners are responsive and helpful. We rented for a few months and we’re so glad that we found this place.

Lovely space! Very clean, Comfy bed, beautiful views of the lake, even better than the photos, nice private location. We did not have a chance to check out the amenities, like the hot tub and pool at the near by resort but will definitely stay again to check it out!

If you're looking for a relaxing, peaceful yet close to everything getaway....Samantha's place is it!! From the minute you walk into the Cove, you guide yourself straight into a restful oasis. Entering Samantha's place, I was amazed at how spacious it all was. From the very modern kitchen, all of the utensils and kitchen necessities to the wide tub in the bathroom and big bed in the bedroom, everything felt like home. Relaxing in the living room with a beautiful view to the outdoors and the balcony was enjoyable. I highly recommend Samantha's place for your next stay in Lake Geneva.

This place was absolutely perfect for a wedding in the area. It’s close to the action and the breakfast at Abbey Springs was delicious. Beds are comfy, couches are even comfier, and the screened porch allowed for peaceful vibes on an early fall weekend. Nancy and Fred’s accommodations were perfect and I can’t thank them enough!

As described. Great for little families, private and quaint. It was perfect for our family of 3; very cute and clean.

We loved our stay at this property! The location in Abbey Springs is so peaceful and we enjoyed relaxing on the upper balcony overlooking the woods and golf course. It’s not listed, so no deduction in my rating, but for people who are new to Abbey Springs and want to enjoy the lakefront, keep in mind this property doesn’t provide beach gear or beach towels. The golf cart is a huge added bonus and we absolutely loved riding around the resort. Thank you! We will be back for sure!

Place was better than I expected--looked more updated than the photos displayed. It was very roomy with a large bathroom and a full-size kitchen. With good weather, you can simply walk up the hill to the Grand Geneva. Will definitely plan to book again!

A beautiful location and a perfect home for a large group. Our gathering of nine had plenty of room to spread out and we all appreciated the wonderful hot tub. Nearby Fox Lake offers a nice selection of restaurants and places to shop. It seems like this place is six minutes from everywhere. We greatly enjoyed our long weekend and hope to stay there again.

Once again, a wonderful stay at Andrew’s place. He always takes the time to ensure his guests are comfortable, very responsive to any questions and it’s a true pleasure to stay there.

Great location close to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub area and ended up having dinner at Crafted Italia in the same building the pool is located, it was nice and close to the rented unit.

Pictures didn’t do this place justice, clean and very well furnished. Kitchen fully stocked as if they live there full time. High end utensils and kitchenware. Very cozy, well lit during the day, several spots to hang out indoors and outside with lots of entertainment options indoors, lots of room to roam outside and a fire pit . Sandra responds instantly, she’s very far from you so you have privacy but always available to come by if you needed anything. Sandra invited my daughter to help her groom the horse and that made her day. Would visit again for sure, and perhaps in the winter if available. The fireplace beckons. There’s an XL size griddle outside which I was allowed to use. She’s offering you all she has, so treat it with care and respect and clean after yourself so that we can all enjoy her place. Enjoyed our stay. Fabulous house and location. Provided everything we needed and felt very at home. Safe and convenient area to stay and clean lovely home. Jon was friendly and left us a very welcoming message. Definitely much more comfortable than any hotel. Thank you!!

We went with a few families, with the youngest less than a year old and the oldest 10yo. There was something for everybody! The house is so expansive, the beds were really comfy, decorations were so thoughtful, the kitchen had all the pots and pans we needed, and all the activities were great. At one point, the batteries died in a game, and the owner sent some to the house right away. We also had another issue and she helped right away. Great host, great house! Thanks!I

It's a huge and enjoyable property! We had a great time, and our group (11 people) had plenty of room to sleep, eat, and hang out without feeling cramped. I'd recommend this place to someone hosting a large group like 10+, that wants to stay in Rockford!

We stayed here for just the weekend but even with our short stay it was a great experience. Beautiful house, feels cozy and the indoor pool is such a plus! We all had a great time here, definitely keeping this in mind for any future bookings or getaways.
