Great place to stay when visiting Ghent. Spacious rooms and great interior. Lovely and secluded garden area, safe for children to run around in. We have a busy 1.5 yeR old who enjoyed running from the garden to the house and back, using all the different doors that exit into the garden. Lorenzo was helpful via the messaging function on this app. Would recommend this place :).

We had a very nice time over a long weekend with several generations. Super nice house with a great garden. We had rain and sunshine and both are equally beautiful! If you like it cozy, just turn on the fireplace. The immediate area is great for beautiful walks. A mini supermarket is a 7-minute walk away, where there are really delicious chocolate croissants🤗. The house lacks nothing and is super cozy and perfectly divided. We'll be back!

We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute! Geert and Carine were great hosts- we even got fresh strawberries, eggs and every day corn to feed the cute alpacas 😍 highly recommended, especially for families with kids. Thank you!!

One of the very best places we have stayed. Genuine kind and thoughtful welcome, spotlessly clean with modern light furnishing. It was so lovely to stay we would have been just as happy not going out and enjoying the comforts and garden of the property. We would have loved to extend our stay. Next time might try to use it as a base for some local bike rides. The owners have done a fantastic job and the many glowing reviews are well deserved!

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Peaceful, rural, modern and opening out to all the beauty surrounding it. Very well equipped kitchen! A couple of small issues due to being in the country, but Laura was very responsive, and it would certainly not put us off returning

Beautiful house, very spacious and functional. You can get there from the train terminal, you just have to change lines, consider the transfer time as 50 minutes or 15 by taxi. It's not in the center, but the house is definitely worth it

Thanks to Jonathan and Wendy for their warm hosting. Very responsive and available hosts. The accommodation perfectly met our expectations: amenities, cleanliness, bedding. Very nice space for 2 people and very quiet. 40 minutes from Bruges and 20 minutes from Ghent. Very nice idea to make bicycles available to discover the surrounding area. Beautiful bucolic walk offered by the hosts. A must-do. We would recommend this listing.

Jurgen and Tom are fantastic hosts. We were made to feel very welcome in their loft, which is wonderful. Definitely the best place to stay in Ghent. Very nice, super clean and full of good surprises. It's one of the best apartments I've ever stayed at on Airbnb and the care and attention of the hosts appears in every detail. My only observation is that it is on the third floor of a building with stairs, so if the guest has mobility difficulties it can be a problem. But if that's not your problem, and you're lucky enough to find this space available, don't think twice and make your reservation. It will be well worth the investment.

Wouter's house is bike friendly with adequate storage inside at ground level. It is in a very quite neighbourhood within easy reach of Oudenaarde town centre.

It was all great! We very much enjoyed the rooftop terrace and the surrounding area\ sea view. Mylene is a cozy hostess. And we were extremely lucky with the weather. Certainly subject to repetition!

Apartment was amazing. Plenty of space and a great location in Ghent, with a view of the castle to top it off. We had a great time and recommend trying Boon under the apartment, great vegetarian food!

Hilde's apartment is really lovely - spacious, modern and well-equipped, and to be honest even better than the photographs in the listing. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the beautiful plates and mugs (Hilde's own creations). We thoroughly recommend the accommodation!

Our stay at this place was perfect! The place is beautiful and everything was impeccable upon arrival. We felt right at home with all the amenities! We also had a warm welcome. Hosts are courteous, flexible and gave us several local recommendations, it was great! I would go back tomorrow, it's really the perfect place to visit Ghent and even the surrounding towns, which are easily accessible via the train that is right across the street.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation is super comfortable, very well appointed, uniquely decorated and in an ideal location, especially as we were travelling by train, although lots of parking nearby. The beds were very comfortable, it was very quiet and despite being 30+ degrees outside during late afternoons, the apartment remained incredibly cool. Our hosts were really helpful and all was perfect. Highly recommend.

Super clean and very tasteful. We loved the convenience of being right next to the grocery!

We booked the place as part of a seminar. We were able to reach the seminar rooms in 18 minutes with the help of our own bicycles. Rental bikes were also available. For our dog, there was a dog playground about 5 minutes away. In about 15 minutes by car, there is a dog playground with an attached small lake. We could reach the center in about 15 minutes by bike. The house with two apartments and one apartment at the other end of the property are lovingly furnished. We were allowed to park our car on the property, because outside the property, daily fees for parking are charged and controlled. Our dog was welcome, as the owners themselves have dogs or other guests brought their dogs. Thank you for this. Thank you for your hospitality.
