Lovely property in the suburbs of Colombo! Perfect for a small group of friends and family of 4-5 people. Extremely spacious rooms with well thought out furniture and fittings and to top it all off a large patio to unwind and chill.

We had a nice stay with my family. The place is very comfortable stay and the host is quick to respond. The gym is excellent and there is a resident exercise physiologist on hand too. For a small fee they can also set up and help you follow a routing. This worked really well for my father, he was at the gym everyday. There is also a really nice view. The pool was kept very clean and we used it nearly everyday. The kitchen is fully equipped with excellent non-stick (healthy non-stick with no PIFA as I have at home) so we really liked this. There are a few excellent restaurants close by, great food, walking is possible but it really depends on you, but the roads to it may not be for everyone. But certainly excellent dining options. You can always order food to the apartment and it is very easy for delivery folks to find the place, so no issue there. Normally we stay in Colombo but this time we couldn't find a nice place, but this space turned out to be fantastic and served us well.

This is my third time staying at Rehan's place. It's great. I'd definitely recommend to others. If I go back to Colombo, I'll try to stay there again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic Airbnb that I can't recommend highly enough! The location was absolutely perfect—very central and within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made exploring the area so convenient. The space itself was impressively clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. There was plenty of room to relax, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief after a long day of sightseeing. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare some meals and enjoy a cozy dining experience. What truly stood out was the host. They were incredibly kind and helpful, always available to answer questions and provide recommendations for local spots. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I can't wait to return!

For the dehiwala apartment review : The apartment was clean and well presented. We enjoyed watching the sunset each evening from the balconies which all have an ocean view. The location was great, the bedrooms and aircon comfortable and the bathrooms were clean & fresh. The hosts were responsive and flexible giving us a late check-out as there was no booking after us. The assistant organised for check-in and check-in was easy to liaise with.

Have just spent our 2nd stay here. For us, the garden is why we returned, which is kept very tidy by Velu. So peaceful to relax in during the day, with plenty of varied wildlife to entertain you during the day, especially the chipmunks. Our bedroom was comfortable, bed linen clean, a/c & ceiling fan kept it cool. Bathroom/ shower room ample size and more than satisfactory. Kitchen had everything as described, which includes the washing machine. We spent 99% of our time outside either in the garden or under the spacious veranda. No issue with WiFi. Keels supermarket 4 min walk away which has everything you might need. Good local food outlets, and we have tried them all in the past 2 years with no problems. Best find was Crepe Runner which is well worth the 10min stroll. Felt safe and secure with Velu on hand for anything you might need, together with Chaminder who will pop round at least twice a day, to check that everything is fine. Would have no hesitation staying again.

Our stay at The Grand Apartment in Colombo was absolutely perfect, and Jay played a huge role in making it so memorable. From the moment we arrived, Jay’s warmth and hospitality stood out. He kindly welcomed us, gave us a tour of the building, and ensured we were familiar with all the amazing amenities the apartment had to offer. The apartment itself was spotless, truly meeting high hotel standards. Every detail was well thought out, and it was clear Jay takes great pride in maintaining the property to the highest level. Whether it was a question or a small request, Jay was always just a phone call away. His responses were lightning-fast, and he consistently went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. If you’re looking for a host who genuinely cares about your experience and an apartment that offers luxury, cleanliness, and convenience, look no further. He sets the bar high for hospitality, and we’ll definitely be returning for another stay!

I booked this place for my wife’s family to stay and they had a great time, we book entire villa and it’s clean and comfortable, we just had few small issues but it was fixed and sorted quickly. Really happy with response from the host and Mis.Niluka. Just a small note that wifi is not unlimited and better to have your own vehicle to reach the place easy.
