Perfect apartment for 6 people, larger family, group of friends, two couples. Cozy, finished with attention to detail and unique design. Fully equipped kitchen. An apartment with a terrace overlooking the mountains. Guests have access to a private sauna that will recover a tired body after the effort in the mountains. The sauna is located in the apartment and is only available to its guests. We have two other apartments in the same building, in total there is space for 20 people in the Casa.

We spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house in May 2025. As soon as you enter, you can feel how much love and taste the house has been furnished with. The modern furnishings leave nothing to be desired and everything is just as beautiful as promised in the pictures. Especially the magnificent balcony and the hot tub gave us unforgettable moments of relaxation – we enjoyed the time there. The hosts also rounded off our stay perfectly: always available, warm and extremely helpful. We felt completely comfortable and would be very happy to come back as soon as the path leads us back to this wonderful region

We enjoyed our stay at the property! The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, and the accommodation was exactly as described – clean, well equipped and very cozy. We especially enjoyed the view of the mountains from the balcony 😃 and the perfectly equipped kitchen where you only had fun cooking in it. The contact with the host was also very pleasant and helpful. We especially thank Gianni and his wife for their warm hospitality. We would book again anytime and highly recommend this place! Vanessa and Veronica were very kind, helpful and always quick to respond. The apartment is completely new, very clean, equipped with everything you need (bed linen, towels, dishes, pots, kettle, washing machine, dishwasher and hairdryer in the bathroom). The environment is cozy and well organized. The apartment is located on an internal street and therefore with little traffic, great for relaxing.

Valeria, Nadia, and their mother are truly exceptional hosts.🩷 From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The large bed and high-quality mattress were especially comfortable, giving us deep, restful sleep each night. We also loved the antique furniture placed thoughtfully throughout the home — each piece added so much character and told its own story. The garden was beautifully maintained, and the view from the windows was simply breathtaking. Behind the house, we were surrounded by majestic mountains; in front, endless apple orchards and green meadows stretched out before us. It was the kind of scenery that makes you pause and just breathe it all in. On the day we checked out, they even treated us to homemade cake and cappuccino, which was such a warm and memorable gesture. Thanks to their kindness and care, we made unforgettable memories during our stay. I sincere hope to return one day.😊

We loved our time in the hut. The nature around us was spectacular and there were good options for hikes with stunning views. It was very quiet appart for some hikers and bikers passing on the trail nearby, mostly on the weekend. Giordano was very welcoming and always made sure we had everything we needed and more.
