A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. Here you will find peace and quiet, the beautiful countryside, but also the coziness of the very nearby villages and harbors along the Canal de Nivernais.

The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

"La Capucine" Gîte

Close to the Loire and the Canal du Nivernais, nice detached house located in the city center. Consisting of a large, fully equipped kitchen, a living room with sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed, and a bathroom. Enclosed outdoor area with terrace and summer kitchen. Quiet house in the countryside with a large lot. There is a small pond with carp (they love bread) Shops (supermarket, restaurants...) 5 km away with the street art city. Beautiful walks in the area: Allier River 5 km away, Tronçais Forest 20 km away. Near us, the Lurcy-Lévy circuit (5 km) or Magny-Cours (25 km) for racing enthusiasts. You will also be about 1 hour from Le Pal Park, only 40 km from Moulins and its stage costume museum.

The Little Sternes House

La petite Maison des Sternes welcomes you to La Madeleine, a little nest... A bedroom, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, a cooling column for the summer, and free street parking. House by the canal

Small 45 m² house on the side canal of the Loire. For nature lovers, the cottage is located in an ideal setting to relax by the canal (10 m from the bank) and close to the Loire. Linens are provided. The comfort and setting as well as the two wood stoves make it a warm place where the desire to settle down and enjoy the present moment predominate. You can walk or bike to many hiking trails. The garden furniture will allow you to contemplate the setting around a meal with family or friends.
