The cottage is a newly renovated cottage in the middle of meadows and forests above Krásná Lípa. On the ground floor of the house, you will have an entrance room with seating, equipped kitchen, living room, bathroom and hallway. On the 1st floor, there are 2 bedrooms (1st bedroom for 2 people, 2nd bedroom for up to 4 people), and a bathroom. In the attic of the house, the 3rd bedroom for up to 4 people. There is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool, a panoramic sauna with a cooling barrel and a heated barrel, two seating areas, a grill, a grassy playground, a pond, parking for up to 3 cars.

The whole family can relax in this country family house in Práchna. We can boast a historical glass-making site on the border of the Bohemian Massif and the Lusatian Mountains. Tourists will enjoy the proximity of Panská skála, Sloup Rock Castle, Bohemian Switzerland and the Jedlová, Luž and Děčínský Sněžník observation towers. For others, there are experiences such as water recreation, fishing, horseback riding, mushroom picking, cycling (cycling trails, bike park) and winter sports. Wellness Chalupa Zlaté Písky is located in the village of Nové Křečany near Rumburk in the locality of Czech Switzerland. The beautiful landscape is an ideal place to relax and recharge, especially for families with children or couples. The building is partially fenced. The unfenced part consists of its own pond suitable for swimming and a forest. The size of the plot of 10000m² guarantees complete privacy and peace. The stay includes the possibility of using a hot tub or Finnish sauna (for a fee!)

Relax in the heated indoor pool with sauna, unwind in the outdoor hot tub under stars, or enjoy the cozy summer kitchen. The cottage is located in one of the most beautiful parts of Northern Bohemia. Right behind the house, trails lead to rock formations, viewpoints and the castle Skalní hrad Sloup. The area is perfect for hiking, cycling, and exploring the Lusatian Mountains and Bohemian Switzerland.

To Rauenstein FW 2 (attic floor)

On our approx. 2000 m² property there are 2 apartments. The roof surfaces are well insulated from the inside and outside. The apartment is cozy and quiet. All rooms have windows. A parking space on the premises is available for the FW. If you have multiple cars or vans, there are parking spaces nearby. In about 500 m are the S-Bahn station and ferry terminal, as well as the outdoor swimming pool. There are many opportunities for hikes and excursions in the area.

The 65 m² apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with shower, a bedroom with double bed and a single bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds as well as a living-dining room with a 10 m² balcony. On request, a baby crib (€15 per stay) can be provided. The underfloor heating and automatic room ventilation (with pollen filter) ensure a comfortable climate all year round. Ceilings and floors are mainly made of wood.
