We are the Oliva family, & "The Loft" is a culmination of all of our efforts, but must give credit to my husband and father of our 2 adult sons. After 2+ yrs of trips back & forth from AZ to create our "home away from home", it is finally complete. We always enjoy our stay, but decided we would like others to enjoy it too when we can't. With that being said , we are hopeful that you will respect our property and belongings during your stay, but make yourself at home!

Welcome to 508 cottage! There are many attractions within walking distance . Chief Standing Bear Trail, located less than one block away. We are also located just four blocks from down town. There you will find a variety of locally owned shops, a winery called Tall Tree Tastings, and a brewery called Stone Hollow . Homestead National Historical Park is a short six mile drive away. We also have another Airbnb located beside this property called The Wesley house.

The loft is located on the second floor up a flight of stairs. No elevator access. One free parking space in alley. Street parking also available.

It is relaxing and peaceful overlooking fields in one direction and a lake and RVs around the lake on the other. Private entrance into property and RV park. There is a train track near by. Located in Ruby. 20 minutes from Lincoln and 12 minutes from Seward and Concordia University.
