Amsterdam and other Randstad cities are easily accessible by car. Public transportation is a little further away, around 1 km walk/cycle is a bus stop and 4 km walk/cycle is a train station. Your own transportation is recommended and can be parked in Abcoude. Three bicycles are included with your stay. Close to Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam Arena (Ajax) and AFAS Live.

You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Book now a special cottage in the middle of the picturesque village of Amsterdam-Abcoude. Completely newly furnished, cozy cottage with an area of approximately 55 m2 divided over two floors with parking on private property. “De Automaat” has all the comforts. Spacious living room on the ground floor with French doors and a kitchenette with microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator. Bathroom with rain shower. Bohemian Farmhouse is not a standard holiday home. It feels like staying in a private museum, filled with art, objects and atmosphere. A place for people who value quiet, character and space (but still close to Amsterdam). The backhouse is what we offer for rent: this used to be the stables in the old days and is now a big, open space with an upstairs. The house is surrounded by a 800m2 garden, included the space under the haystack.

Villa Antonius Amsterdam Countryside

Our house is ideal to visit Amsterdam from for a long weekend or holiday. It's located in the old centre of Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, with shops and supermarket just down the road. Nice restaurants and terraces on the river are around the corner. Ouderkerk aan de Amstel has many nice cycling routes in the area. Amsterdam is reachable with public transport (30 minutes), bicycle (40 minutes) or by car (15 minutes).

Guesthouse on estate on the Vecht

Stay in the former eighteenth-century summer house of the Bouwerij on the Ridderhofstad Gunterstein estate on the Vecht in Breukelen. The summer cottage is located on the grounds of a small-scale organic dairy farm, a farm with 70 hectares of land adjacent to the Loosdrechtse lakes, where our cows, mostly ancient Dutch leaf heads, graze in an ancient park-like cultural landscape.
