This property is part of a family compound on a magnificent piece of property that is just a short walk to the train station and the grocery store, a butcher, fruit and vegetable store, a bakery, and other stores. My only disappointment is that I missed Spring, Summer, and Fall in the garden! I had a long stay for 23 days as I was visiting family in the area. From the train station it is only a short ride to Utrecht Centraal where you can change trains to visit many places in the Netherlands or you can wander through Utrecht's medieval center. I rented a car and there was ample parking on the property. Dana and Fleur were responsive hosts.

Arjanne's apartment had everything we needed, was clean and cozy. The best part was the beautiful view of meadows, water and birds from the living room. We took nice walks, found a good restaurant nearby and made trips to Amsterdam, Utrecht and the sea. Highly recommend!

Caroline is a great host, always ready and her bnb is great, if I go back to Amsterdam I will definitely stay in her apartment again. The place is 25 minutes away by tram, a little cheaper, and about 10 minutes by sprinter train, a little more expensive, both are quickly accessible on foot.

We enjoyed the week in the very nicely renovated cottage of Dennis and Dave in detail and appreciated their hospitality. The decor is extremely tastefully designed and we were even warmly welcomed on the occasion of the holidays with a small Christmas tree and sparkling wine! Surroundings is quiet and beautiful/country typical. For example, trips to Amsterdam, we took the "Sprinter" regional train about 5 km away and parked our car there cheaply. For the sprinter, we recommend installing the OVpay app as well as the pay function on the mobile phone in time. We will be happy to come back, thank you!

The communication with Agnieszka was impeccable and very friendly. We were very well received and the place looked like in the photos. Located in a quiet area. Nevertheless, shops are in walking distance. In addition, you could also get to Amsterdam quickly by car. Overall, the connection is good.

Overall a good experience in a great place for large parties. We didn’t have to worry about being noisy and the surroundings are quite private. The apartment has everything that is needed to get by. Shops fairly local. The ferry to centraal station is a 20 mins walk which is slightly too much for convenience so we took taxis to the centre.
