We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

Vinkeveen Island Home

On 1000 m2 of land, on an island in the lakes, we built a comfortable house of robust materials: wood, aluminum, glass and concrete. With an open fire place, floor heater and large sliding doors you will be ready for any season. A infrared sauna, garden jaccuzzi, turkish bath and outside hot shower will make you feel like you have your own private spa. The restaurant grade kitchen, spacious garden and innumerous lounge spots will make this island home an ideal place to spend your holidays.

Unique experience in this new luxury apartment in a stable among cows and calves. Upstairs and downstairs, you have a fantastic panoramic view and contact with the cows on the stable side and a wide view over the meadows on the other side. In the summer, the cows are in the pasture, not in the stable. The apartment is fully equipped, well insulated, wood-heated, with a complete kitchen, 2 bedrooms with en-suite showers, 1 toilet downstairs, 1 toilet upstairs, and a rear terrace.

We are devoted to our tiny house on the Vinkeveense Plassen. We love to share our beautiful place, which is why we occasionally rent out our tiny house, "Where happiness lies." We have decorated it ourselves to make it as comfortable as possible. We find living in a small space with lots of outdoor space gives a free feeling. Especially with the Vinkeveense Plassen for us. If you come with young children, you can rent an electric cargo bike from us. Ask the host about this.

It is a clean, luxurious and stylishly furnished apartment with a very relaxed vibe. Inside, all areas are air-conditioned. There is secure parking for your car and two moorings for your boat. It is very centrally located, 10 minutes from Amsterdam, also a trainstation nearby in Abcoude.

Holiday Island Vinkveen with hottub & boat

Lovely vacation home with private garden of 1200 m2 located on a beautiful island on the Vinkeveense lakes. The island can be reached on foot. And there is plenty to do! The trampoline, swinging, paddle boarding, canoeing, barbecuing, cycling, sailing between the islands and swimming from the various terraces in the clear water. For the cold months, there is a fireplace, outdoor stove, lovely hot tub and heated outdoor shower.

Waterfront island Vinkeveense lakes

The new zoning plan for the Vinkeveense Plassen is in effect. We have adapted the island to the new rules. The vacation home, the waterfront terrace and the jetty have been renovated. The garden has more greenery; the view over the lake is even better (Plot 1). We have also built a completely new cabin on the adjacent lot 2, which will be ready for use and go on sale in mid-August (see image of the artist's impression).
