Very cozy apartment with great location next to the beach, markets and restaurants. Fully equipped with everything you need for a good stay. Very comfortable bed, great dishes and kitchen utensils, soft and fragrant towels. Fernando is a great host, always available and attentive. I highly recommend your space!!

Very comfortable and clean apartment, with excellent location very close to Pocitos beach. Check-in is done alone but there is a doorman in the building and before arriving Martín leaves super clear instructions. The kitchen is well equipped and Martin always answered and resolved my doubts and requests to make my stay more comfortable. The only thing I didn't expect is that the balcony in the room opens directly to the main street and there are no curtains/blinds, but there are doors that block the light and glass doors to open. Don't forget to climb to the top floor where the gym is and a terrace with amazing views of Pocitos and the Rio de la Plata!

This was first time in Uruguay from the U.S. The apartment was exactly as described. It was close to the Rambla and I also walked to the mall. It was a distance but a nice walk. I cooked all my meals and the apartment had everything I needed. Trini was so helpful. I asked her to call to let the laundry people drop off my clothes and she offered to pick them up for me and put them in the apartment. How nice! It allowed to go out for the day without worrying. If you’re looking for a comfortable place in Pocitos, this is a great option.

You can't beat the location of this studio. Right on the beach, with amazing views of Playa Pocitos. The studio was clean, had excellent heat, and very hot water. A little hiccup on the check in, as I got in very late and had to pick up the key from a lockbox ten blocks away. I initially overreacted to this, but it turned out just fine. All the necessary items are provided to cook, and you are surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and outdoor jungle gyms, where you can work out if you like. Transportation from this place is a breeze, as it is right on Rambla Peru and Blvd. Espana. I loved the rambla, or oceanfront boardwalk.
