Monthly Rentals in Daw's House

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Little Woburn Barn. The property was clean, thoughtfully furnished, and well-equipped. Maria and Simon had thought of everything you could need for your stay, and even more! Personal touches like a welcome note and delicious cream tea left in the fridge for our arrival were greatly appreciated. The property’s ideal location, just a short walk to local shops and takeaways in Launceston, made it a great base to explore nearby attractions like Dartmoor, Tintagel, the Eden Project, the Jamaica Inn, and Bodmin. Little Woburn Barn will definitely be our first stop for any future trips to Devon or Cornwall.

A little care needed when turning off the road into the driveway (and why not?) but once inside a path up to the private and secluded flat. Ian and Janet ate helpful but never intrusive, which is how it should be. Recommended for a stopover or for a mini-tour of the lovely Cornwall/Devon border district and the historic town of Launceston.

Very well equipped and stocked - it has everything that you can possibly think of and more. Quiet location with fabulous view but minutes away from the town centre. Had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend

A lovely peaceful place with beautiful countryside around. The flat is very pleasant and well equipped. We loved the quiet narrow roads, especially for walking, and enjoyed finding new routs around us to walk and drive. You do need to be able to cope with uneven steps inside the house. Thanks you for letting us stay and discover this lovely area.
