Fantastic stay in this beautiful spacious apartment. Great location for lovely dog walks in the local area. Apartment was very clean and had all the amenities we needed for our long weekend stay. Clear instructions meant we easily found the apartment.

We really enjoyed our stay at Dan and Elaine’s, it was very clean and nicely decorated. Even though we were close to the road we did not hear any traffic (good double glazing) during the night. The bed was very comfy as well, so it completed our mini break. Even though we did not meet D & E they checked in a couple times to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay again.

Had a fantastic sunny April week in Dawlish; the town centre is in easy walking distance for anything you need and the station is less than five minutes away with direct trains to Exeter and Cornwall. I didn’t touch my car once. The place is ideal for a getaway, tucked away in a side street with no passing traffic, and all the facilities you’d want to keep yourself busy for the week. I’ll definitely be back… just hope the weather is as kind again!

A charming spot - close the to the high street, beach and all amenities, all finished to a high spec and very well kept. Frank is incredibly responsive as a host. A pleasure to stay here - highly recommend
