The place is spacious and its clean. They are also accommodating. Airconditioner are just enough for the rooms so its bit hot during summertime in the main areas, they have 2 electric fan though. Very peaceful and quiet. Good thing they have garage. We love the place even they accidently forgot to leave the key for room 2. And there’s a broken dining chair that I informed them immediately. Comfort room is not stinky. Entire inside of the house is clean. So we leave it clean too and followed their check out instructions. We will book again when we visit Davao. Thank you and more power.

It's now my 3rd time booking Mil's place and he never failed. He is very responsive and he even talked to the tricycle driver to cleqrly give instructions when we couldn't. He's very hospitable in receiving us and have been very helpful.

Ms. Rhea was extremely considerate, responsive, and accommodating. Same can be said to Kuya Weng, a reliable caretaker who was always nearby and helping us with our requests. This made our group's stay very pleasant and smooth. Just some highlights to mention: - The home itself is lovely, clean, and well maintained. - There are ACs in every room, including the sala, which made our stay very cool and comfortable even with this summer heat - You can also do your laundry for a small fee per load, convenient for longer stays. - As for getting around, Grabs were very easy to book within the area and the place is only 8 minutes from the airport. - Kuya Weng is a MVP, assisting us throughout our stay Based on our experience, I highly recommend this place for big groups! We really enjoyed our stay in Davao :)

Overall, the guests were very satisfied with their stay. According to them, everything looked exactly like it did in the photos. The place was clean and had all the basic necessities especially the free gallons of water. There was also a grocery store nearby, which was very convenient, especially for those who prefer to cook at home. The location was a bit far from the main road though, and it required a bit of walking to access public transportation. Ma’am Jocelyn was very responsive to my inquiries, and the check-in process was smooth, with clear and complete instructions. Highly recommended for large groups staying in Davao, as the house has plenty of rooms and can accommodate up to 10 people. Thank you, Ma’am Jocelyn! They are even considering staying here again if they return to Davao 😊

We had a great stay at this airbnb. The place was very clean and cozy. The kitchen was also fully stocked, everything we needed was available. Although, we kind of struggled with the pan. The pan was quite old and bit worn out, so it might be better to replace them with newer ones. That aside, everything else was great. The host was able to resolve and answer our concerns quickly especially with the WiFi.

A great place to stay while in Davao city. The interior is very aesthetic, rooms are cozy, beds are comfy and the kitchen was cool like, everything you need was there for cooking and for other stuff. Bathroom was great, shower has hot/cold option. Other things I like about the unit was the tv, fast wifi, a very friendly and accommodating host, and cozy living area. Though I could say that a maximum of 6 guests are recommended in this property because I think 7 or more is already a crowd. Overall, it was an amazing place.

My family and I had a great time. We find the place very warm and feels like we are at home. Also, it is near SM Ecoland and other attractions.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The apartment is quiet, well-designed, and has great lighting - especially the LED lights behind the TV. The kitchen is well-equipped and relatively clean, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout. A few things to keep in mind: Netflix access only worked once, despite being advertised. Some towels were a bit worn, and there were food leftovers from previous guests, which wasn’t ideal. The bedroom has no air conditioning, and the living room AC unit wasn’t enough to cool the whole space, especially at night. Also, when I arrived late at night, there was no drinking water available, which made things difficult after a long trip (even a small drinking water bottle could be helpful). These small issues aside, I enjoyed the stay and would consider coming back. With a few improvements, it could be excellent.

Been to a lot of Airbnbs and the usual problem is that the pictures do not match the actual place and I am so happy that this place met my expectations. What you see in the picture is what you get. Plus, the host is very kind I actually left something at the place and she kept it safe for me so I could use it when I book the place again🥰 Love it!

We had a wonderful staycation here as a family!The place was clean and cozy. The view here is nice. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a staycation that feels like a true escape without leaving town. My family and I will definitely be back!

The place was really homey and clean, the couch and bed were very comfortable. Kate & Jun were accommodating of my request for a late check out. The area itself was really peaceful and quiet, very secure as well as there are quite a number of guards and staff always on duty. I did not feel unsafe even if I was travelling solo. Will definitely consider booking them again.

Always choose to stay at this place since last year, for our staycations. Place is neat, has a good space for cooking and very accessible since downtown lang. Kasoo always booked haha shows how the place is nice and the hosts are very thoughtful and responsive. God Bless!

Went here to work with my friend. Place is very accessible and peaceful. Internet is fast w/c was our priority when looking for a place to work remotely. Host is also very responsive, check in and out is seamless. Everything we need is there. Highly recommended
