I recently stayed here with my four friends, and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience! The place was impeccably clean and fully furnished, providing all the comforts we needed for our getaway. Our host was incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to accommodate our check-in and check-out times, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It's always nice to feel welcomed, and their consideration really stood out. Another highlight was the location! The property is conveniently near the coastal road, which was perfect for my friends who love to start their mornings with a refreshing run. They absolutely loved it! Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return!

The unit is so clean. Malls are walking distance, Gaisano and NCCC Malls. Transportation is not a problem, it is accessible. Definitely, I will book this place again when I come back to Davao. Thanks Ms. Shiella fro a wonderful stay in your place.

Thank you! The clinic was 15min away & the condo had everything we needed. It could also accommodate 6 of us comfortably. Wifi was great for WFH even when we were sharing.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all our questions. She was incredibly accommodating, allowing us access to the pool, which was perfect for the kids. The check-in process was seamless, and she provided detailed instructions for everything, including local recommendations. The home was well-maintained, comfortable, and had all the essentials we needed. Overall, an excellent experience—highly recommended!

I will surely book with Miss Eldeen again in the future! She's so kind for letting us to check in early even though we requested to booked the place at the very last minute. This was our fourth time staying in this house, and as always, it was worth every penny! The place is spacious, making it perfect for family gatherings and barkada trips. We always appreciate how comfortable and accommodating the space is, which is why we keep coming back. The caretakers are friendly, and the host is always responsive and welcoming. A big plus for us was how considerate they were—after finishing a trail run race, we asked if we could extend our stay for a couple more hours to freshen up, and they graciously allowed us to stay for free. That kind of hospitality goes a long way! While no stay is ever perfect, the overall experience has always been enjoyable, which is why we continue to return. Looking forward to staying here again soon! Highly recommended for those looking for a spacious and accommodating place to stay.

Judy’s place is perfect for family gathering, it has 5 bedrooms that can accommodate 9-10 people has 3 bath rooms with water heater and AC in each room provided. The house is roomy and spacious, a covered front patio that we can do BBQ and hangout. A classy marbke round table with lazy Susan’s good for 10 people. Over all the house was homey that provide comfort, convenience, a little of lux, and a lot of satisfaction. Thank you Ms Juvy for letting us stay in your house. We truly enjoyed and happy with our stay. Your place becomes an instrument in our family memory making. Thank you.

Exactly as advertised. Good place to stay if on a budget and not planning to spend a lot for a trip. Spacious ref and quiet neighborhood. I appreciate the accommodation of my check in I requested (12am). Polite caretaker and Host. Will definitely stay again next year.

Sir John’s place is truly a home away from home, thus we extended our stay. The location is very convenient, with easy access to malls and restaurants. Both the host and the caretaker were very approachable and kind. We will definitely book this place again.

Overall good! the only thing missing is a mop we can use for the bathroom just in case. It's a very nice place to stay with due to privacy and security and there's not many people around. Breathtaking 360⁰ view on the rooftop as well! perfect for dates and photography!

The stay here was amazing! There is a beautiful view out on the balcony, especially if you look to the right! When I arrived i felt right at home and could rest myself from the long travel there. During the stay there were some ants but as long you dont leave your trash around they were no problem. overall i loved the ac and the stay there everything was near and it was a pleasure to stay at this Airbnb.
