Fantastic location- right in the center of town and walkable to almost anywhere. We had a bit of a setback with a stolen bag (keep your belongings close while in the city) and Guglielmo was amazingly responsive and helpful. We could not have asked for a better host to help us with a tricky situation. 5 stars on location and host.

Super loft et très bien placé!

The place is conveniently located near the Porta Garibaldi station, which is great if you’re coming from a different city. As other reviewers have pointed out, the place has an interesting layout with the spiral staircase and the toilet / shower being on separate floors, it was tough at times going up and down the stairs. This space comfortably fits 2-4 people, 6 might be a lot given there’s only one full bath but there are enough beds for 6 people. FYI the shower area is smaller than I expected, it was manageable for me since I’m short and petite but might be tough for someone taller / larger. I appreciated the AC units in the place since the weather was unexpectedly hot when we were visiting. Annalisa was responsive and helpful! She messaged promptly and met us in front of the place at check in. She even sent a long list of local spots which we appreciated. I recommend this spot for the location and price!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Flavio. Le logement est propre, fonctionnel et proche du métro. Flavio a été réactif tout au long de notre séjour.

Fabulous location, two-steps from Vetra Metro station on the Linate airport line. Pleasant apartment and super convenient. Cristina was very nice to deal with.

Mijn verblijf bij Daniela in Milaan was echt fantastisch. Alles was tot in de puntjes verzorgd: het appartement was schoon, comfortabel en volledig uitgerust met alles wat ik nodig had. De locatie was perfect – rustig, maar toch op korte afstand van het centrum en makkelijk bereikbaar met het openbaar vervoer. Daniela was een geweldige host: vriendelijk, attent en altijd bereikbaar voor vragen of tips over de stad. Ik voelde me meteen welkom en op mijn gemak. Haar gastvrijheid maakte mijn verblijf extra aangenaam. Kortom, een topverblijf in een geweldige stad. Ik zou het zonder twijfel aanraden aan anderen en kom graag nog eens terug!

Marzio was so helpful & kind & responded instantly to any questions we had. The Loft was exactly as stated and so comfortable & close to everything. We highly recommend this property!! Francesca and Santiago’s place was exactly how they described. The location was perfect! Specially if you love to cook there’s a supermarket a block away. The apartment had everything I needed it. Both of them were fast to respond to all my questions and gave me great recommendation. I definitely recommend for everyone to stay here.

The place was very convenient for a Four night stay. The loft was spacious and visibly appealing. Walkable distance from the metro and very close to the shopping and thrifting areas. Extremely good restaurants close by too. Had an excellent experience.

A acomodação é muito bem localizada, em uma das melhores regiões de Milão para se hospedar, próximo de bares e restaurantes em uma região segura. O ponto negativo é que haviam muitas instruções para serem lidas (um pdf de diversas páginas), o que tornou a comunicação pouco objetiva, especialmente para quem está viajando por diversos lugares e fica hospedado em múltiplas acomodações. As informações mais importantes poderiam estar mais resumidas. Também foi um tanto burocrático fazer o check-in por um site próprio… me parece ser um grupo bem profissional, e entendo que isso faça parte da organização interna deles, mas novamente isso torna as coisas pouco objetivas para quem está se hospedando em vários lugares. O horários padrão de checkout (10 am) é muito cedo, mas gentileza nos estenderam mais uma hora. Deve-se atender para quantidade de água disponível limitada para o banho (essa informação poderia estar mais evidente). A anfitriã foi muito gentil e prestativa.

Guido was an amazing and friendly host!! He did not hesitate to help us with any questions or troubles. His place was gorgeous with an open terrace and stunning view. Would definitely come back!!! Grazie

The loft was excellent—clean, cozy, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-stocked, and the location was peaceful yet conveniently close to Zara metro station, just a few stops from the city center. Nikolay and Stella were kind, responsive, and always quick to answer my questions.
