Wir haben uns in dem Apartment von Antonella und Fabio sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sogar mehr Platz als angegeben verfügbar, sodass wir uns mit 3 Kinder, wovon 2 jugendlich sind, voll ausbreiten konnten. Antonella war stets hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir haben hier viel gekocht - die Küche könnte ein wenig besser ausgestattet sein aber es hat gut geklappt. Der Pool war sauber und die Anlage schön groß. Besonders toll war der Sportplatz. Wir würden hier wieder Urlaub machen :)

The apartment was just like the pictures, everything was immaculate beautifully designed, comfortable and stylish. There was a lovely bottle of wine and a cake on arrival. Alberto was the concierge and it was extremely friendly and helpful. There are three or four apartments within the 13th Century building, (there is a lift) which is discreetly tucked down a side street right in the centre of Sirmione, walkable everywhere with restaurants all around. The best thermal Spa within 5 minutes walk. It was a great location and would highly recommend.. thanks again, Alberto!!

Top Haus, Der Urlaub war einer der besten den wir hatten. Als Familie perfekt. Sehr ruhige Lage, trotz laufender Bauarbeiten Nebenan Keine störende geräusche. Luca war jederzeit hilfsbereit und erreichbar, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Vielen Dank Luca! Immer wieder gerne.

Das Haus liegt ruhig und dennoch im Ort – abgeschieden, aber nicht einsam. Der Zugang erfolgt über einen kleinen Weg, etwa 250 Meter bergab, am Ende erwartet einen ein traumhafter Blick auf den Iseosee. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär und jeder Morgen zeigt sich in neuem Licht. Die Zimmer bieten viel Privatsphäre; zwei verfügen über ein eigenes Bad, zwei teilen sich eines. Ideal für entspannte Tage mit Freunden oder Familie. Hinweis zur Anreise: Geparkt wird oben. Die schmale Zufahrt zum Haus ist für größere Autos nicht geeignet. Gastgeber Eric hilft gern mit einem kleinen Wagen beim Gepäcktransport. Der tägliche Weg zum Parkplatz – ein schöner kleiner Fitnessmoment. Ein wunderbarer Ort zum Abschalten – mit sehr herzlichen Gastgebern.

Devo essere sincera, ci aspettavamo l'appartamento con le vetrate che davano sul lago. Comunque anche il piccolo appartamentino che avevamo era pulitissimo e confortevole: letto e cuscini comodi, doccia pulita ed ampia, un po' scomodo il tavolo per mangiare al piano di sopra, ma se c'è il sole si può mangiare fuori con una meravigliosa vista sul lago. Il giardino è bellissimo e il nostro cane ha potuto scorazzare tranquillamente. Tiziana e il marito sono stati molto gentili e disponibili : per il mio compleanno mi hanno regalato un vasetto di marmellata di loro produzione. E' stato un soggiorno che porterò sempre nel cuore. Grazie.

Die Unterkunft ist natürlich extrem ordentlich und sehr sauber und auch gut eingerichtet, aber viel nutzen von der Küche hat man nicht, weil einfach der Backofen und der Wasserkocher fehlt. Aber man kann ja dafür täglich Essen gehen. vielen Dank nochmals

Wir waren nur vier Nächte in der Unterkunft, aber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist sehr schön und liebevoll in einem durchgehenden Stil eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Das Grundstück an sich ist auch sehr schön und privat, viel Grün und in einer ruhigen Lage. Der Checkin und Checkout war problemlos und Sergios Vater sehr freundlich. Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit und würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen! :)

House is at very central location, easy to reach beach and ferry terminal. At the House we could find everthing we need. Ivano is well prepared host, he also give us very nice instructions for places to see around.

I stayed at Rita and Augusto's place with my family in September. The house was fantastic, it was so well equipped and had everything we needed. The accommodation is even more spacious than it looks in the photos. Rita was a great host, always responding super quickly to messages and accommodated our late arrival to the villa. The house is in a great location, very close to the local shops, restaurants and within walking distance from the lake. We would definitely recommend this airbnb.

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, zentral, aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Marica hat uns sehr nett empfangen und war auch flexibel bei der Abreise, das war sehr hilfreich. Sie hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und wir haben uns gleich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sie ist gemütlich und angenehm. Wir können sie nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die große Terrasse ermöglicht es viel Gemeinschaft zu haben, egal bei welchem Wetter:) Mit den 2 Bädern klappt es sehr gut zu neunt. Die Kommunikation lief sehr gut und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Für Ausflüge in die größeren Städte drum herum lohnt es sich ein Auto zu haben. Wir können die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Great host and perfect place, spacious and very clean. We did not take the option for AC but it was not needed with opened windows despite high temperatures (33degrees) We loved that it was so closed from the beach (100meters) and not too far from the city center. Also the private parking place was really appreciated. We could also store the paddleboard in the cellar/storage for bikes Thanks a lot to Cristina for her welcome.

Schönes und ansprechendes Appartement. Tolle Aussicht von der Terrasse. Sehr nette Nachbarn in der kleinen Anlage. Vom Pooldeck tolle Aussicht ( auch wenn es nicht so warm war ihn zu testen) Alles vorhanden was man täglich braucht. Garage ist zwar vorhanden aber alles was über einen Kleinwagen hinausgeht etwas schwierig, aber dafür gibt es noch alternativ einen mit elektrischem Tor gesicherte große Wiese/Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus zur Verfügung. Wir waren mit Hund dort der sich auf der abgeschlossenen Terrasse pudelwohl gefühlt hat. Man kann direkt vom Haus aus Gassirunden laufen. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten waren schon im Kühlschrank bei Anreise. Also sehr zu empfehlen.

Nice Apartment in a silent environment. It Looks Like on the photos and Annamaria is a super nice Host. You just have to be careful that the dog doesn‘t escape threw the open gate!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.. das Apartment ist für 4 Personen mit zwei Schlafzimmern und jeweils eigenen Bädern ideal und bietet auch Rückzugsmöglichkeiten… die empfohlenen Restaurants waren wirklich toll… die Möglichkeit, den Pool zu nutzen und auch reichlich Auslauf für unseren Hund zu haben, hat es perfekt gemacht.. Sehr gerne wieder!

Very nice and quiet place, with a beautiful view. Relaxing at the pool was awesome. The living room/kitchen is very cozy and had everything we needed. The location is a bit remote and the distances take a little longer to drive than we anticipated, but of course that is more a remark to myself for future plans :)

El departamento de Federica es hermoso, está ubicado en un complejo muy bello, en una zona hermosa para caminar. Tiene un garage privado cubierto, en el subsuelo, ideal cuando uno llega con auto. Tanto el complejo y el departamento son muy elegantes, con detalles de categoría. Es muy silencioso y acogedor. Tiene un balcón muy lindo para desayunar, que da hacia el jardín interno del complejo. Los ambientes son espaciosos y cómodos. Las instrucciones para el checkin y el ckeckout son claras y precisas. Federica es una gran anfitriona, siempre atenta a nuestros mensajes y muy cálida en la comunicación. Parecía que nos conocíamos de hacía tiempo. Muy recomendable

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable 14 night stay at Elena’s beautiful apartment which is on the second (top) floor of the building. The apartment was beautifully presented, furnished to a high standard and well equipped. Very comfortable beds and the rainfall shower was a real treat. Kitchen had all the appliances required for a comfortable stay. The property has 2 balconies, curtain shutters and aircon. There isn’t a lift. The apartment is in a quiet location but well located being 10/15 min walk from the lakeside and restaurants etc of Desenzano. 20 min walk from railway station and 10 min walk from the local Aldi. There is an unheated swimming pool in the complex (with garden loungers available) which we used once. Plenty to see and do in the area and an apartment we would be very happy to return to and would recommend. Many thanks

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt! Schöne Wohnung, tolle Lage und die Kommunikation mit Diana war super - sehr hilfsbereit! Das Ausleisen der Fahrräder war auch ein super Benefit :)

We stayed for 5 nights in April and would 100% recommend for location and beautiful lakeside views. Lovely to come back to relax after our full on sightseeing days. We made use of the city bikes which came free with the apartment and cycled along beautiful lakeside track to Peschiera. The castle, restaurants and ferry within 10 minutes walk. The apartment had every amenities you need . Ely was very helpful and responded very quickly to all our questions and helped us book taxis and assisted us with recommendations in the area. We didn’t use the pool but we did sit in the garden each night watching the wonderful sunsets .
