We had a fabulous stay at this property with my parents and my 3 children. The facility's was fantastic and all in a great location and setting. Felt very welcome and the kids absolutely loved staying here, can't wait for a trip back next year!

The apartment was just like the pictures, everything was immaculate beautifully designed, comfortable and stylish. There was a lovely bottle of wine and a cake on arrival. Alberto was the concierge and it was extremely friendly and helpful. There are three or four apartments within the 13th Century building, (there is a lift) which is discreetly tucked down a side street right in the centre of Sirmione, walkable everywhere with restaurants all around. The best thermal Spa within 5 minutes walk. It was a great location and would highly recommend.. thanks again, Alberto!!

Top house, The holiday was one of the best we had. Perfect as a family. Very quiet location, despite ongoing construction work next door No disturbing noises. Luca was always helpful and available, nothing was missing. Thank you Luca! I would be happy to come back.

So far the BEST airbnb I've stayed at. The place was immaculately clean, the views beyond amazing! So peaceful, quaint and just beautiful! Mari was so sweet and her husband Eric was beyond helpful with any little thing we needed. The driveway is a bit tricky and he was there to help all the time. He definitely made our trip just wonderful. We will not stay anywhere else when coming to Italy!

I have to be honest, we expected the apartment with the windows overlooking the lake. However, even the small apartment we had was very clean and comfortable: comfortable bed and pillows, clean and spacious shower, the table for eating upstairs is a little uncomfortable, but if there is sun you can eat outside with a wonderful view of the lake. The garden is beautiful and our dog was able to run around safely. Tiziana and her husband were very kind and helpful: for my birthday they gave me a jar of jam they made. It was a stay that I will always carry in my heart. Thank you.

The place is of course extremely tidy and very clean and also well furnished, but you don't have a lot of use from the kitchen because just the oven and kettle are missing. But you can eat for it every day. Thank you again

We only stayed at the property for four nights, but we felt very comfortable. The apartment is very nice and lovingly furnished in a continuous style and there was everything you need. The property itself is also very nice and private, lots of greenery and in a quiet location. Check in and check out was hassle-free and Sergio's father was very friendly. Overall we had a great time and would book the place again! :)

As always, everything went great: Communication, check in, very nice apartment with fantastic views of the lake, restaurants and shopping in the immediate vicinity. We have been there many times and will be happy to come back!!!

House is at very central location, easy to reach beach and ferry terminal. At the House we could find everthing we need. Ivano is well prepared host, he also give us very nice instructions for places to see around.

The apartment is in a great location, central yet very quiet. Marica welcomed us very nicely and was also flexible with the departure, which was very helpful. She gave us good tips and we felt right at home. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. It is cozy and pleasant. We can only recommend it and would be happy to come back!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Giuseppe’s house! From the moment I arrived, Giuseppe was extremely welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The apartment itself was exactly as described, even better in person.

Maurizio is trully the best host anyone can wish for! He is really helpful and kind, perfect communication, always replying really fast. Lots of recommendations of what to do and see around, even which road is better. The apartment is very clean and has an amazing view of mountains. everything is like in the photos. The kitchen has everything you need and even more. Also there's a welcoming basket that was a nice gesture from Maurizio side:) The area is calm, there's not a lot people or anything to do or eat, you have to drive but its not far. But you definitely need a car to stay here. Lake Garda is about 1.20 hour away as well as Verona. There's a free parking nearby and you always find a place. We stayed at late September so it was chilly at night but we used a heater and wood stove. Only one bad thing was that there's a reconstruction outside so you cant sleep late, they start around 8am and its really loud, but thats definitely not Maurizio fault! hopefully it will end soon:)

Beautiful and appealing apartment. Amazing views from the terrace. Very nice neighbors in the small complex. Great view from the pool deck ( even if it was not so warm to test it), everything you need every day is available. Garage is available, but everything that goes beyond a small car is a bit difficult, but there is alternatively a large meadow/parking space secured with an electric gate right in front of the house. We were there with a dog who felt very comfortable on the enclosed terrace. You can walk directly from the house. A few small things were already in the fridge upon arrival. So highly recommended.

Nice Apartment in a silent environment. It Looks Like on the photos and Annamaria is a super nice Host. You just have to be careful that the dog doesn‘t escape threw the open gate!

We felt very comfortable... the apartment is ideal for 4 people with two bedrooms and each with its own bathroom and also offers retreats... the recommended restaurants were really great... the possibility to use the pool and also plenty of exercise for our dog made it perfect... We'd love to come back!

Very nice and quiet place, with a beautiful view. Relaxing at the pool was awesome. The living room/kitchen is very cozy and had everything we needed. The location is a bit remote and the distances take a little longer to drive than we anticipated, but of course that is more a remark to myself for future plans :)

We had a very enjoyable and comfortable 14 night stay at Elena’s beautiful apartment which is on the second (top) floor of the building. The apartment was beautifully presented, furnished to a high standard and well equipped. Very comfortable beds and the rainfall shower was a real treat. Kitchen had all the appliances required for a comfortable stay. The property has 2 balconies, curtain shutters and aircon. There isn’t a lift. The apartment is in a quiet location but well located being 10/15 min walk from the lakeside and restaurants etc of Desenzano. 20 min walk from railway station and 10 min walk from the local Aldi. There is an unheated swimming pool in the complex (with garden loungers available) which we used once. Plenty to see and do in the area and an apartment we would be very happy to return to and would recommend. Many thanks

It was a great stay! Lovely apartment, great location and communication with Diana was great - very helpful! Taking out the bikes was also a great benefit :)

We stayed for 5 nights in April and would 100% recommend for location and beautiful lakeside views. Lovely to come back to relax after our full on sightseeing days. We made use of the city bikes which came free with the apartment and cycled along beautiful lakeside track to Peschiera. The castle, restaurants and ferry within 10 minutes walk. The apartment had every amenities you need . Ely was very helpful and responded very quickly to all our questions and helped us book taxis and assisted us with recommendations in the area. We didn’t use the pool but we did sit in the garden each night watching the wonderful sunsets .

We really liked our stay in Paola's lovely house. We would like to come back.
