Very good place for families

This is a very clean, modern condo with all expected appliances and furnishings to have a great beach stay. The grounds are beautiful, and it is a close drive to the beach club which is amazing. Definitely recommend for a stay in Playa Conchal.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible Airbnb, and I have to say, it was an experience beyond my wildest expectations! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views. The location was perched high above, offering panoramic vistas that were absolutely stunning—whether it was sunrise or sunset, every moment was a picture-perfect sight. The host was phenomenal—so welcoming, attentive, and quick to offer any help we needed throughout our stay. It was clear they had thought of everything. The property itself was immaculate, with every amenity you could possibly need. The pools were nothing short of spectacular—both were large, clean, and beautifully situated to take full advantage of the views. We spent so much time relaxing by the water, it felt like a true luxury getaway. The only slight downside (and it’s a minor one) was the drive up to the property. The hill leading to the house was pretty steep, but our stay was unforgettable.

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how incredibly clean and well-maintained the space was. Every corner felt fresh, tidy, and inviting—it’s clear that the hosts take great pride in keeping their home spotless. The views from the property were simply stunning. Whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or winding down in the evening, the scenery made every moment feel like a retreat. The beddings were next-level comfortable—plush pillows, soft linens, and mattresses that made it hard to get up in the morning (in the best way possible). We slept like babies every night. The space itself was much larger than we expected, with a great layout. One of our favorite features was the extra “TV” room. This place is soo beautiful. Get ready to have the ocean just in front of you all day long. Just by sitting in this living room while looking at the ocean, you will be able to get so much peace and rest. Chris and Nadia are sooo friendly. Always looking to make you feel right at home.

Best place to stay for a few nights to either begin or end your CR Adventure. We have traveleed CR for many years and this was a place we will come back for sure. Clean and new with many upgrades. Short walk to Playa Flamngo which is a white sandy beach and walk to any sunset cruise or dive boat. A little pricey but way worth it! Will be back again!

Check-in instructions were sent well ahead of time and Jennifer provided perfect directions to the home. My teen kids and I enjoyed the full open space in this home, with the communal living room and main balcony being amazing to make family memories. All the great restaurants, shops, and beaches are within walking distance of the home, while the home remained very peaceful. Definitely worth the money spent for our forever memories. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in Playa Flamingo. The unit was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. We especially loved the beautiful views from both balconies, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or sunset cocktails. The location is fantastic, with the beach, shops, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. The pool was also a highlight It was super clean, relaxing, and never too crowded. Highly recommend!

The pictures truly reflect reality of this unit and 360 Splendor. We went at the start of June and had a wonderful time. The unit is on the 1st floor, 20 steps away from the infinity pool with an amazing view of Flamingo Beach. The balcony of the unit also has water view (of the bay behind). There is a nice gym, 2 hot tubs, and an open breakfast area, all on the top floor where you get the full 360 view which is amazing during a sunny morning. Breakfast costs $15 and you need to let them know the evening before. The unit itself is on the small side but sufficient for a family of 3 or 4 and has everything that you need to cook a meal. Getting to 360 Splendor may be a little challenging on foot if you have any physical issues. It is a fairly steep 0.5mi hill. But they have a few golf carts available to take you up and down. I am about to write 2 other 1* and 2* AirBnb reviews following our vacation, so I'm not writing reviews for the sake of it. But we really enjoyed this place!

Great and huge condo. Awesome patio view, you can heard waves, birds and monkeys. Very large rooms and shared spaces. 3 full bathrooms was helpful for our group. Well stocked kitchen. If we had a need the management company was extremely helpful and quick to response. Proactive communication by the management company. Great value, I highly recommend. Only slight downside is getting to beach isn’t far, but not direct from the condo. Wish they shared a pathway with neighboring properties. But not a horrible walk at all.

Patrick provided a fantastic stay and experience. His communication was excellent. The location is ideal, and the space is comforting. I stayed for approximately two weeks, worked daily with multiple video calls each day, and never had an issue. Wifi streamed regularly at about 200 MB down. I've stayed in Pacifico frequently, and this is one of the better units. Highly recommend.

This was the final stay of our 2 week trip in Costa Rica and easily our favorite stay. David was such a lovely host, a kindred spirit as my wife would say, and very helpful. The condo had everything you could need, even beach equipment like chairs, cooler and boogie boards. It was very homey and stocked with all your general essentials, even less common items like a crockpot! We had a 10/10 stay and hope to be back again soon! Thank you David!

Beautiful Airbnb and amazing views of Tamarindo coast line! The views added to such a great experience. Having washer and dryer is a plus. We used the access to the gym almost everyday! Host is extremely responsive and gave good recommendations. Location is ideal and walking distance to the beach, restaurants and town! This was one of the best Airbnb’s, both in location and functionality, that I’ve been at! Thank you!

Location was perfect. Unit was clean just needs some updates. If unit had sleeper sofa’s it would enhanced for 2 families to share the unit. Pool near building with working grill made it perfect to cook lunch and dinner there.

This place is big and perfect for a long stay, or short vacation. It had everything we needed. Beds were super comfortable and it’s in a quiet area with a beautiful balcony to bird watch. The beach and beach club were very easy to get to. I one even offered us the use of his golf cart while we were there. The service at the restaurants was amazing. Tom was a fantastic host. He always responded promptly and answered my questions and offered recommendations whenever we needed them. We were able to park in a spot very close to the condo which made coming and going and carrying luggage easy. Highly recommend staying in Tom’s place. You will not be disappointed

Had a lovely time at Casa Nido for my bachelorette trip! This was my groups first time in Costa Rica and Rich Coast Vacations was super helpful in assisting us every step of the way. From being able to coordinate shuttles, to flexible pick-up times, and amazing local recommendations, everyone we worked with was super friendly and accommodating. The neighborhood was absolutely gorgeous and made our group feel super safe. The neighborhood also happens to be right on the main strip, which is convenient to visit the local shops, restaurants, and bars. We can't wait to visit again with Rich Coast Vacations and totally recommend them!

The view grabs you the moment you walk in the door. The kitchen, living and dining room are open with a view of the pool and pacific. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed to cook our own meals. The master has a view too! We opened our eyes to rainbows from our bed several mornings. It was magical. We used the outdoor shower more than the indoor. We loved it. The house, pool, view, layout, privacy of the location and Enis’ professionalism were all top notch. It highly recommend this airbnb.

Loved this condo! While we originally thought it was right on the beach, we thoroughly enjoyed how peaceful it ended up being a little bit away. We enjoyed the beach club right next to the property (small community pool, corn hole boards, ping pong, and sun loungers) and had it all to ourselves for the whole afternoon - which made it feel like our own personal oasis. We used the shuttle service a few times to go down to the beach and it worked seamlessly - it would have been ~15 minute walk. My son loved using the gym and said it was a great one! The condo had a washer and actual dryer which made it so nice to get our clothes washed before our 2nd half of trip! The back patio was amazing with comfortable furniture, we enjoyed coffee each morning and even BBQ’d one night on the grill. Host was very responsive! Would highly recommend this place!

This little condo was well worth all the tedious searching to find the perfect place for my husband and I on our second honeymoon. Not only does it feel like you're surrounded by the tropical forest even though you're in the city of Tamarindo, the vibes and amenities our top-notch. The bedroom got plenty of natural light which felt very romantic and bright in the morning. Really great storage for personal belongings. I love the real plants well taken care of inside and outside of the house. The kitchen was super well stocked and had everything we needed to cook our own food. The front patios hammock is perfectly placed as well and was great for morning coffee and reading. The 10-minute walk to our favorite beach for a delicious breakers in the morning, surrounded by howler monkeys and amazing birds was the cherry on top! p.s. there's a gym right across the street which is awesome. Can't wait to visit here again!

Out family couldnt say enough great things about the host and the home. They went above and beyond to make our stay a memorable one. Our 7 member adult family had plenty to do, great recommendations from the host. Extra accommodations when asked. House was beautiful and clean. We engaged them throughout the trip and we felt like VIPs on the complex. I highly recommend this host and property. We are looking forward to a return trip in the near future!!

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille à Jardin Escondido à Playa Grande… nous avons beaucoup aimé les espaces communs, la piscine, la salle de sport et la salle de jeux où nous avons bien profité du baby foot et de la table de ping pong. Jardin Escondido est très bien situé à Playa Grande, seulement 2 min en voiture de la plage où nous avons pu surfer tous les jours et profiter de magnifiques couchers de soleil!! Nous n’hésiterons pas une seule seconde à revenir à Jardin Escondido pour notre prochain voyage à Playa Grande!! Merci à vous tous pour votre flexibilité et votre disponibilité!!
