In the quiet village of Bajkini, near the natural beaches and tourist cities of Istria, the old Vizinadas school is located on a vineyard. The 100-year-old luxury stone house opens its doors in 2023. Surrounded by grapevines and olive groves, the old school can accommodate up to 16 people. You will be welcomed by five fully air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The 80 m² living and dining area invites you to relax together by the wood-burning fireplace under 4 m high ceilings.

Villa can accommodate max. 4 persons. It has an outdoor swimming pool and a spacious wellness & spa zone where you can relax in a Jacuzzi for 4 persons, sauna, relax loungers and bathroom. It has a fully fenced yard, which provides total privacy. This villa provides everything for a truly relaxing holiday.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Bolara 60, the Cottage: stone cottage near Grožnjan

Bolara 60 is a traditional Istrian stone farmhouse near the medieval hilltop town of Grožnjan. The Kućica (cottage) is a self-contained, fully furnished house with its own kitchen and terrace. It's next door to our home and small guesthouse (the Kuća), and near a farm where our neighbours make olive oil and wine, but otherwise there are no houses around. It's very green and peaceful here, with views into the Mirna valley, and deer, birds and butterflies all around.
