Magnificent place in Vizinada! The view of the valley and Motovun is breathtaking. This home was our base camp for exploring Istria during our 4-night vacation. Had the weather been a bit warmer we would have jumped into the pool. Instead we kept ourselves warm with the fire wood stove. The only thing missing was a microwave but overall we had everything we needed. Lovely house and location.

Incredible apartment and incredibly nice hosts. The apartment is completely new and has everything one could ask for. The furniture is extremely beautiful and cozy. Two separately air conditioned big bedrooms with plenty of space for clothing. Beautiful big living room with a modern kitchen that had everything we needed (again separately air conditioned). Also two very nice restrooms with a shower etc. each. The pool is the highlight of the apartment with plenty of space around it including barbeque, terrace, and playground. Everything extremely clean (inside and outside). The apartment is part of an agritourism surrounding (i guess) with a very classy restaurant. If you want to visit anything closeby you need a car (but you dont really need to given the perfect apartment). Some very nice small towns and other restaurants are in reach within 5-20 minutes. Ana and her husband(?) are the nicest hosts we could think of making sure that we had a wonderful stay and everything we need.

We had a wonderful stay in Meri's accommodation. She and her husband Vedran are great hosts and try very hard to ensure that you don't miss anything. You quickly feel at home and the exchange is very private, as if you have known each other for a long time. The villa is small but very nice, the completely fenced garden and the large pool were ideal for us and our dog. everything is clean and tidy. We can really recommend the accommodation. Very nice contact person. Always very quick feedback and easy contact to identify key handover. The house was very beautiful and we had a great stay. In the same village there is also a place where you can eat well (only a 2-minute walk away). All in all highly recommended to spend a wonderful holiday with family or friends.

We were in Istria for the first time and are glad to have chosen Maras Studio in Vizinada. It was perfect: the location, the view (the best in Istria), the hospitality, the warmth, the cozy studio with the exceptional decor. Great excursion destinations (e.g. by bike) and fresh bread for breakfast are around the corner. An all-round successful vacation - thank you!

Elvin’s place is the perfect villa for a fun family holiday. Between the swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and activities for the kids e.g. table tennis and darts there is plenty to do at the villa. Elvin and his mother Daniella were very nice hosts and provided our family with some lovely welcome gifts of charcuterie, olive oil and juices. Approx. 20 minutes drive to Porec and beaches. Highly recommend Villa Dani for a family holiday!!

Villa Faloniga is simply sensationally beautiful and you just notice that the house is only 2 years old and no costs have been spared in the well thought out construction. The workmanship and amenities are simply top notch, not to mention the quiet location and views over the vineyards 😍 The hosts are also available 24/7 and are happy to help at any time. A stay with a baby is also not a problem. We would like to provide us with a baby cot, as well as a high chair by the host. We can only recommend the villa and are considering coming back for the next few years.

The apartment has everything you need, we really enjoyed finding the coffee maker. The entrance overlooks the garden and is in a private place with respect to the street. The garden is equipped with chairs and a coffee table for relaxing in the Istrian countryside. The host was very kind, followed us step by step and gave us full confidence in the management of the house. Recommended.
