The OCEAN VIEW ESCAPE is just over one mile (just a five minute drive) to our famous T-Street beach, dozens of other amazing beaches and the main pier area. Our property offers a sweeping ocean view from the main living areas and rear patio and it is a clean, understated getaway with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. It is a very private beach cottage style house with open beam ceilings, and a double car garage and is close to everything you could ever want in the beach village of San Clemente.

This coastal-getaway is centrally located and perfect for families! It is a 2 mile drive to Doheny beach where you can go whale watching, rent jet skis and kayaks, or learn how to surf. Or head over to the historic town of San Juan Capistrano. Only an 8 minute drive to the Mission San Juan Capistrano. Keep heading south about 5 miles and be sure to spend some time in San Clemente, where the view of the pier never gets old! There are so many family friendy activities for all ages!
