A wonderful stay and an excellent host. Anthony was friendly, welcoming and proactive. His instructions were extremely helpful and we were pleased to find that the property was exactly as described and had all of the contents listed plus more. We felt right at home and relaxed for the duration. We would thoroughly recommend Anthony's house as a superb location to explore the lake district.

Teapot Cottage is a beautiful place to stay. It was very well kitted out, decorated very nicely, and had lots of nice touches to make our stay even better. Lammisa was a great host - very responsive and friendly, and was happy to help whenever needed. There's great local amenities within walking distance, and several local villages and towns within a short drive, including Ennerdale Lake. The place was very comfortable, with plenty of seating indoor and out, with several comfy beds suitable for a group of adults. The only thing to be aware of is that the bedroom with the bunk beds has very little storage space, so if you're staying for a few days and have a large bag/suitcase - you'll need to find somewhere else to put it! Overall - we were all very pleased with this stay and we'd definitely book again in future.

Just back from three nights and we had such a wonderful time. The property is in a great location with it being walking distance to bowness but also secluded. Kitchen amenities all great, excellent spec bathroom and very clean all round. We had a couple of questions which were answered very quickly. Highly recommend and we will be booking again.

Had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage in Windermere. The property was spotlessly clean and very tidy, with a welcoming atmosphere as soon as we walked in. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and thoughtfully arranged—not too cluttered, which made it easy to relax and settle in. The kitchen was particularly impressive, equipped with everything we needed and featuring high-quality appliances and utensils. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into making this a comfortable and practical home away from home. Highly recommend for a peaceful and well-equipped Lake District getaway!

What a lovely place soon as you open the old wooden door. It was very clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy I didn't want to get out. It was great for the dogs too, we will be staying there again. Kind regards Stephen

We've stayed there a couple of times now as its a handy stop off between the Highlands and Hampshire. Its always met our needs and never let us down.

The house was in a convenient location and provided the amenities we needed for our short stay in Windermere. Liam was very responsive and provided clear and helpful information regarding check-in. We would stay here again!
