In the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom that offers all the services.

The directions were good and the self check-in went smoothly. The house was very clean and well equipped. The view from the deck is beautiful. There are turtles in the garden and the neighbor's chickens came by. We had problems with a construction site in the neighborhood (end of April 2025), but Ana was eager to solve the problem and it was certainly only a short time. Downhill on foot you can reach many restaurants. We liked the pizzeria across from where the kids play.

This little stone house in Ulcinj looks traditional on the outside, but is brand-spanking new and modern on the inside. The setting among olive trees is delightful. It was easy to communicate with the hosts, who were helpful and patient. The center of town is a 15-minute walk from the house, while the old town is another 15 minutes on top of that, while the bus station was a 10-minute, 15-euro ride. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.
