Cottage vacation rentals in Czechia

We visited for a long weekend over Easter. The house is classically decorated and had some modern gimiks, such as a hot tub and sauna. We enjoyed our stay very much and the communication with the hosts was very pleasant.

Even in the pictures, the house looked great – but in real life, it far exceeded our expectations! The accommodation is not only beautifully decorated, but radiates a warmth and generosity that is rarely found. Communication with Michela was straightforward, the handover went smoothly – the most important things were explained without being flooded. So we were able to start our weekend directly. We have never seen such a beautiful garden – well maintained and so lovingly laid out. You can immediately see why this house is so often booked. There was something to do for children of all ages, even teenagers. A small downside: Children count as full persons here from infancy. Unfortunately, this meant that we could not arrive in the desired family constellation, although the house offers 20 beds. Small children under 6 should not be counted. Apart from that, everything was wonderful - we'll be back.

Helena and Petr have lovingly renovated and developed a wonderful house. You immediately feel at home, everything is thought out in detail. Each room with its own bathroom! In addition, a cozy common room with a fireplace, next door is the kitchen with full and clean equipment. We stayed as a large family with 5 adults, 3 children and a dog: everyone felt very comfortable! The house has a large property: with meadow, barbecue area, campfire, playground, bath tub, hammock, a pond, several parking spaces, .... Behind the property, the forest immediately begins, so you can start extended hikes directly from the property, for example, to Hutberg. In the neighboring village there are shopping and refreshments, Decin is 15 minutes away, at the latest here you get everything you need. Helena and Petr are wonderful hosts: friendly, honest, interested and always available! We will be back, no question! Thanks

A very calming stay not too far from Prague. About 30-40 mins of drive from Prague airport. This place is a break from the rush of every day life. Calm, quaint setting with the host providing for all essential requirements. Incredible hot tub and it goes on a whole new level under the stars. Michal was a great host, right from the complimentary Prosecco to kick things off to staying available no matter the time of the day. Definitely would visit again!

We went to the cottage with 6 girls and 6 kids – and it was absolutely great! The cottage is beautiful, clean, stylishly furnished and well-equipped. The sauna and barrel were top, perfect for an evening “wellness” after a day of children's chaos 😄 The location is perfect – it's close to everything, whether it's for a trip, into the woods, or a playground. A big plus for a quiet neighborhood and accommodating owners. And did we get some rest? Well... not at all with so many children, but it was still a balm for the soul and we definitely want to come back here. We recommend all ten!

Awesome place! Big house, perfect for big families or families meetings! lots to do, even if the weather is not great! there're pingpong table, darts, badminton pads, fire and grill place. The house is big but causey. There's everything you might want! Good wifi. But, what is really beautiful is surroundings! Quiet, nature, meadows, birds singing, beautiful places to walk around. We were a group of six people staying at Pavlinas Chalet and had a wonderful time there. The house is very cosy and furnished and decorated with love. Especially the garden and the nature around the house are incredible! Everything looks just like in the photos and even better. They even have a homemade outdoor playarea to play a game called russian skittles, a Czech game for which Pavlinas daughter was so kind and took the time to translate the rules for us. But the amazing service didn't stop there! They provided a delicious coffee from a small local roastery. All in all a perfect vacation in a beautiful place with super friendly hosts. We can only recommend a visit!

We were excited! The place was beautiful, fully equipped, and we didn't miss anything. Plus, the location is also very good. We would highly recommend it and would love to come back again!

You're looking for a break from the hustle and bustle of the city and want to clear your head from all the worries, then you're right here. A cozy and tastefully renovated cottage with everything you need for your stay. The owners are very friendly and cordial, they live right next door to help and give advice. The place is clean, parking in front of the cottage. We felt welcome and at home, thank you.

The accommodation was perfect for 2 couples, very well equipped, comfortable and very conveniently located. The sauna (optional) was lovely. Despite the language barrier, everything was perfect and our stay was more than pleasant.

Great place for a weekend with friends. It had all the amenities listed and we really appreciated how clean and beautiful it is! We will definitely consider coming back for more!

We felt right at home at Martin's place. Everything is within walking distance, it was our second stay and not the last.

Great house and location. Lovely place to stay, however we missed the information that the accommodation is essentially in the same house where the host lives. Yes, you have a separate area and entrance to the house, however for companies who are looking for an opportunity to seclude this house may seem a little inappropriate.

We were seven buddies and spent a weekend at Michal's for a bachelor party. The house is extremely well and centrally located, ideal as a starting point for hiking, eating or drinking in one of the many bars. Check-in via keybox is super easy. Michal is very friendly and proactively contacted us and asked if everything was okay (it was) and if we were missing anything (which was not the case). We were 7 people far from having too little space in the house. There are numerous rooms that can also offer peace and quiet. Several toilets and bathrooms prevent morning queues for getting ready. Great house and perfect for our occasion. I will certainly come back again, the house would certainly also be suitable for a trip with (large) family. Thanks for the great time!

Great accomodation! The house is new, modernly furnished, very clean and well equipped. We didn´t miss anything. We had a great time in this beautiful holiday home. Liberec and the surrounding area are absolutely worth a trip. There is a lot to discover. Check-in was very easy. Contact and communication with the host was always professional, uncomplicated and very friendley. One day we will come back.

We had a wonderful time here! We especially enjoyed the sauna very much. We were able to spend great evenings in the large kitchen and the cozy living room. Due to the quiet location, we were able to relax wonderfully after beautiful hours in the snow! Thank you for the wonderful time!

Had a very nice stay! Beautiful house in a quiet village, wonderful to enjoy the nature. The campfire and the BBQ were great, that made it all the way! Clean house with all amenities. Had a very nice stay!

It was a very nice stay for the whole family of grandparents, children and grandchildren for 3 days. There was plenty of space for cozy get-togethers indoors and outdoors for playing, table tennis, grilling. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, nothing was missing. The house is lively, rustic, but modern bathrooms. The immediate area is well suited for nature lovers, for relaxing walks and for unwinding. Shopping and refreshment are not available in the immediate vicinity (the local pub had closed). We had stocked up plenty and taken care of ourselves. We highly recommend Aneta and her property.

A place to stay in a beautiful place, where one two cars pass by during the whole day, and so the kids could run easily. The cottage was well-equipped, and there was nothing missing. And it's just like in the photos. It was a great deal with the owner and we were able to quickly draw it out (e.g. when the gas bomb to the grill was delivered, the owner immediately brought us a new one). I think we'll come back again. Thank you so much

The accommodation in Hockehof with the host couple Jitka and Tomáš is an old farmhouse. It is perfect and well equipped for all needs. Everything was super clean. We were greeted very friendly and warmly. Fresh salad and herbs from the garden in the kitchen, wood for the old oven, garden furniture, barbecue and charcoal, etc. The very stylish design of the house stands for the intimate connection of the hosts to the history of the region. This includes a book by the historian and host, which also examines the sensitive topic of expulsion. I suspect, if we may, we'll be happy to come back.

The most beautiful place we've ever had! We were there with four adults and three small children for four nights, but would rather have stayed three weeks and definitely want to come back. The house is very special, lovingly furnished with plenty of space and everything you need. The huge garden and the swimming pond are just great. The surroundings are also beautiful, you can certainly make beautiful excursions, but we liked it so much on site that we just stayed there. Many thanks to Beatrice and Filip for your hospitality❤️!
