Nicely decorated apartment in a great location. It has everything you need- especially if you have a kid, there was a step stool, plastic cups and plates etc which made things easy and stress-free. Super close to the lake and walkable to many amenities. We had a lovely relaxing time!

In two words, a perfect vacation, not just for a family with a small child and a dog. Great location, still peace and privacy. Beautifully equipped and welcoming apartment where you want to spend time when you have enough traffic and activities that are in the area. We were a week and enjoyed it from start to finish. Cozy house in quiet location. Singing birds, beautiful forest and lake. There is a separate sauna house with a trail on the lake about 300 meters from the house. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, very cozy and clean. Comfortable mattresses, new kitchen. I was pleased with the presence of a fireplace and a metal bowl for fire in the garden. Well-maintained property. The host is very friendly, welcoming, always available. We really liked it here, we will be glad to return here again.

Nice room and quiet environment. Check in and check out was very flexible in our case and Zuzana was super friendly and accommodating. She was accessible throughout and always helpful.

It was very nice, we liked everything very much, nice accommodation and good amenities. The only thing that was confusing was the energy costs that were offset against the security deposit. According to the listing, this included. Would love to book again.

Beautiful and cosy place. During the weekday it's very calm and soothing. Perfect spot for watersports. The host was very helpful and quick with answering our questions. We definitely recommend staying here:)

We had an incredible time, with beautiful surroundings - really calm and peaceful right by the lake. Apartment is well equipped, everything you need for cooking and even all sorts of toiletries. There's so much to see and do in the area, we stayed for one week and could have easily stayed longer. A real gem, highly recommend Jan's place to explore this corner of Czech.

An inspiring place with incredible lots of opportunities for trips, sports, relaxation.

Very nice place to stay for many guests. Also for families with children. Sneznik has plenty of sports equipment, its own low ropes course and many tips for excursions ready.

In a unique landscape is the unique house of Jaroslav. He is a very friendly host, helped us with advice and deeds, had many nice suggestions on how to spend the days relaxing. The house is very nicely furnished with a lot of attention to detail, clean and also super equipped for the little ones. There are pens for painting, musical instruments to play and try, a large couch to linger and romp and the large garden only invites you to play and relax. There are scooters and balls here, a swing and benches a tipi and a fire pit and much more. You can also borrow a lot here, Jaroslav has thought of everything. If you need rest and relaxation and time for yourself, this is the place to be. Highly recommended!

Great breakfast, mega friendly and accommodating.

Very clean and nice place with a very special atmosphere. The sauna and massage, which was possible on request, also contributed to relaxation. The only suggestion for improvement is heating. It was a little too warm for us most of the time

As a mother and children tour, we were very happy about the entire property. :-) The squash court served as an amazing playroom for children and common areas (kitchen with living room) as a great place for dining together and spending free time. We lacked a few basics in the kitchen. The floors are colder, but the shoes will fix it. :-) Unfortunately, we couldn't use the pool and garden due to the weather, but it looked beautiful! There is also a nice children's playground in the village. Overall group satisfaction and we'll probably go again next year. :-)

The place was a dream! We spent the whole evening in the 40-degree hot tub and from time to time we also went to the sauna. At sunset, horses suddenly came to the meadow opposite (with a view of the countryside) a magical moment. The accommodation is really equipped with everything and we lacked nothing. Thank you so much:).

Nice apartment to spend some time on the lake.

We greatly enjoyed Milena's nicely decorated apartment. The view in fantastic, there is nothing wrong with that. Also, everything is present in the apartment. However, the WiFi is weak so you have no range upstairs. The double bed in the second bedroom is narrow so if you come with four adults, make sure you use the single bed as well. However, the mattresses of the beds are quite soft, which can give back complaints. Location is amazing, you'll really relax there. The apartment is wonderfully spacious. Tip: go to Cesky Krumlov, a lovely old little town!

5-star stay despite small shortcomings: There are an incredible number of cobwebs, especially in the pergola, but also throughout the house. Bad for me with my phobia at first. Over time, I got used to it. The mattresses are laid out and thin. A kitchen cabinet smells strong. To the absolutely positive, worth mentioning: the location, the house, the play facilities, the garden, barbecue, seating on the lake... simply fantastic!!! We would come back! Blato, a beautiful place with lots of possibilities around it. The bottom line: a very great stay!

Overall, we were very satisfied and had everything we needed. Great equipment with 2 bathrooms, additional toilet, dishwasher, washing machine, grill, parking space,... Check-in was hassle-free and earlier, communication with Peter was great, he was always available. The house is in 2nd row to the lake with beautiful sunset views. 3 small points with potential for improvement: the barbecue was unfortunately not clean at all, the apartment was very cold when we arrived (13 degrees) and the lawn could have been mowed before arrival. Otherwise everything is great and definitely recommended.

The place was very welcoming. Private and great place - in the center of Sloup primo by a cafe and a large convenience store. The lady was very kind and accommodating. We really appreciated the functional consumption of both the male and the large one - the hair dryer, the kettle, etc. Only notified for the future of the busy mom - if you have small children who really only fall asleep in the dark, it is not there. There are lulashes and hangers, but not a blackout, and there's still a lot of light in it. Otherwise, it's great for us and we recommend 😊🌼
